Repairing and Maintenance work of Different DTW with package type IRP namely Bhagat Singh Package type IRP, Golchakkar package type IRP, Pragati package type IRP, Chatirbat package type IRP 2025 26

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
