Corners of the windows should be joined with corner brackets made of polyvinylchloride with crca of zinc phosphate coat.Each glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter shall be provided with SS Pivot Hinges 2 in each, PolyVinylChloride handle 1 in each and Powder coated Peg stay in Glass shutter.Window shall be provided with Powder coated MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 10mm MS Sq Bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS Flat with countersunk holes at both vertical ends . Gap between the bars should not be more than 150mm . Window frames shall be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self expension caps & 75/100 mm MS screws after drilling in walls. VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws should be used while fixng corner brackets,stay,hinges,mullion caps of windows.

S & F 30 mm thick molded WPC factory made 1005 solid door shutter (confirming as per IS :4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600 kg / cum manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of Acrylic exterior Emulsion paint (Apex ultima/Weathercoat All Guard/Berger Walmasta) over a coat of suitable primer and applying two coat of JK/Birla wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed

S&F 40 mm thick Boarding in Floors and Skirting Planed one side, with butt joints and fixed with nails in patches,including cutting out complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and above in section in any position, unframed work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for second class hard wood as in scantling, fixed in unframed work clean sawn complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of primer Make -Asian paints/Berger/Nerolac paints complete all as specified and directed.
