Supply and installation of air cooled inverter based 5 star rating split AC unit with both heating (Auto defrost) and cooling functions, Air conditioner is electridriven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR with charged with Eco friendly Refrigerant R410/R32 and comes with special health filter and all connected accessories and copper tubing from indoor to outdoor and making of hole in any type of wall, including PVC drain pipe from indoor unit upto plinth protection of building , Outdoor split AC hanging wall mounted stand and flexible PVC casing pipe minimum 40mm dia covered on all exposed copper insulated pipe line and PVC wire including taking down old split AC complete set of indoor and outdoor AC with rusted Stand with connected accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. S&F MCB distribution board powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 100/63 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required with rating DB 8 Way 240 volt single door complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for submain wiring along with earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FR multi stranded copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories of size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

2x10 Sqmm + 1x6 Sqmm earth wire in suitable size of conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

2x6 Sqmm + 1x2.5 Sqmm earth wire in suitable size of conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

2x4 Sqmm + 1x1.5 Sqmm earth wire in suitble size of conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F MCB SP 240 Volt 'C' cure suitable for fixing in DB of capacity 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Chemical Earthing with copper pipe electrode 3.0 M long having outer pipe dia 80mm & inner pipe dia 50mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical compostion Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% buried in ground by digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with Copper earth strip 32x6mm upto 7 meter length, making PCC pit of size 0.3mx0.3mx0.3m (inner size) in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia bar and testing on completion to acheive value not more than 0.5 ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M&L for 20x3 mm thick copper strip as earth continuity conductor to wall on batten or buried in ground or drawn in conduit or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI pipe 40 mm bore,light grade, laid in trenches / ducts,wall,ground etc.for proction of copper strip etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
