Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) including demolition of old brick /stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Old serviceable brick obtained from demolition shall be reused. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class-"B" Bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. (iii) Contractor's quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for cleaning of under ground Sewage lines of any type and size exc 100 mm dia and not.exc 200 mm dia including manhole upto 2 m depth and removing sludge upto 200 mtr away from site of any type of blockage of anykind of manhole or lines by means cleaning through manually by using bamboos, rodding, including desludging descaling clear the chocking where ever reqd by flushing the entire stretch complete all as specified and directed
