Excavation in foundation for retaining & brest walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge. (Ordinary soil. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags (Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and stacking of Filter Material at site as per direction of E/I complete in all respects. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as per direction of E/I. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Slip clearance (by manual means) of loose earth and other small loose materials including disposal complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201, By Manual Means in area of thorny jungle including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning of drains including disposal of refuse within 50 m at specified place with proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Rate including cost of all necessary arrangements with required T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. for its cartage and disposal.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade Hindi (Matras commas and the like not to be measured and paid for. Half letters shall be counted as half only). including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade English and Roman. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar in 1:4 cement mortar for substructure complete including supply of all material, labour and T&P for proper completion of the work.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid Dry, in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification clause 702,704,1202 & 1203 of MORD specification, for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Stone/Boulder pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media (stone not less than 20 cm) as per drawing and technical specification, clause 1302, complete including supply of all material, labour and T&P for proper completion of the work.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 complete including supply of all material, labour and T&P for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120mm, mesh wire diameter 3mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (As per PWD Specification) including all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 Cement sand mortar on stone work including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203, P.C.C grade M 20 Nominal mix (1:2:4) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203, P.C.C grade M 10 Nominal mix (1:3:6) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Engaging & operation of one no. wheel type excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB/L&T/BEML etc) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper or skid steer loader Bob cat (height not more than 2.0 m) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Engaging & operation of one tractor along with one driver and one helper & trolley having hydraulic jack arrangement. Including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Capacity of tractor must be not less than 45 BHP, and loading capacity of trolley must not be less than 2.25 cum. Payment for engaging Tractor with trolley shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If tractor is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul it, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also tractor shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor. Cost includes the average running of 20 Km per day. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply unskilled labour for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer In Charge. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning of side slope of PC including uprooting of rank vegetation's grass & removal of rubbish up to a distance of 100 meter outside the periphery of area cleared and also including removing of silt & other rubbish, foreign material from side slopes with scraping as per direction of I/c including all labour & T&P etc. (One Job means work on 1.00 km Stretch of p.c. along with both side slopes from water level to Doula but excluding pattari of road for one month). including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections,trusses , framed work or febrication of sign boards, including cutting, hoisting, fixing inposition and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete., In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Applying priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Voletile Organic Compound) content with water thinable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50grams / litre including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Fixing Complete sign board of Size 4'x3' framing of 2"x1" MS Hollow pipe, poles of 2"x2" MS Square pipe, both side heavy duty vinyl Sheet with lamination pasted on GI sheet including cost of digging of holes, grouting of holes in cement concrete 1:2:4, transportation at site, writing on both sides, painting complete. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m². including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Relaying of existing stones pitching after dismanteling of partially damaged slope including supply of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work but excluding stones.
