NOTE: The rate quoted shall include for design of door as per parameters mentioned in the Schedule 'A' Note No 14. Also door designed shall be got vetted by an IIT/ Approved Govt. agency before commencement of work on ground. Taking down and refixing of hanger door of size 40M x 10M (each door consisting 08 leaf of weight 2.5 to 3 ton each ) ,dismantling of complete top tracks, dismantling of complete bottom guide rail,removal of all guide wheels top & bottom and Addn/Altr with following specifications :- (a) Supply & fixing of complete Top tracks(Apprx 310Rm), medium channel ISLC 150 of size, 150x75 mm shall be within the door pocket frame to be designed and installed independent of the hangar buildings. Top tracks will be suitably integrated with the main building structure. Suitable arrangements will be made by the manufacturer to attach the top tracks and sealings with the top girder in order to hold the door in place. (b) S&F of upper frame section of each leaf with a minimum of 2 horizontally arranged guide wheels. These wheels shall be fitted with low maintenance ball bearing made of steel which are mounted on a galvanized steel axis. This steel axis shall be fixed in the frame in a suitable manner that the door frame is held firmly and safely in event of thermal expansion and wind situations. (c) Supply & fixing vertical sealing between the two middle door leafs is affected via special two-piece EPDM profiles running along the entire length of the door panels. The vertical sealings between the adjacent door leaves as well as in between the building and the door leaves consist of a two piece EPDM rubber gasket with an efficient joint transmission coefficient value. (d) Replacement ,Supply & fixing of complete bottom rail (Approx 310 m), suitable size of weight 15 kg/mtr that shall prevent excessive deflection against the vertical loads of the door leaf panels and prevent the ingress of the adjoining concrete. The bottom tracks shall have inbuilt ingress for storm water collection in the tracks.

(e) Supply & fixing lower carrying rollers /wheels, 2 wheels per leaf , shall be made of casted MS . These running wheels shall be mounted in a MS casted housing. The wheel housing shall be bolted / welded in the corner area of the door leaf. (f) Water in the grooves to be drained through the galvanised drainage ducts mounted under th e bottom guide rails in regular intervals via collecting pipe. Each collecting pipe is equipped with one cleaning opening (g) Collision buffer to be mounted in the area of each top track. Each shock absorber unit to consist of a solid accommodation console of galvanized steel (h) Making good of disturbed surfaces is involved in the work, like demolition of RCC, steel reinforcement, epoxy flooring etc and to make good to the surfaces of RCC in beam with M-30 and PQC M-40, reinforcement shall be used TMT bars (CRS) of FE-500D, epoxy flooring with epoxy mortar to match with existing floor/construction. (j) Supply and fixing of PVC bird proofing zero size net with alluminium frame complete at top of track in horizontally portion.(Apprx 80Sqm) (k) Supply and fixing of galvalume plain sheet 0.5 mm thick on front face of top track to cover the channel. Misc ie.Supply and fixing of Vertical sealing between the two middle door,galvanised drain duct etc. It is the reponsibilty of the contractor to visit the site oprior to quoting the tender. (l) Safety edge control device: The squeezing and shearing joints are secured at the door leaf ends via appropriate electro mechanical safety edge control devices . The edge control device shall posses an overall height and switching effect upto 2.5m height and are mounted at the front of the vertical frame profiles. The safety edge control device shall consist of semi circular EPDM rubber profile and the ends of this profile are laterelly reinforced with special aluminium profiles. The door leaf shall stop in its moving direction and reverses its original position . (m) Audio visual alarm system: Each drive leaf is fitted on the inside face with an audible alarm and visual alarm. NOTE 1 Any other replacement required for efficient movement of doors is deemed to be included in quoted rates. NOTE 2 It shall be ensured that no derailing of wheels shall take place. Necessary provisions shall be made for efficient movement of doors. NOTE 3 Painting using epoxy paint shall be carried out on all steels surfaces. The rate quoted shall include for the same.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including naintal or similar pattern roof coverings/cladding/hangar door etc
