Notes. For cleaning of sewage system:- (a) Contractor's representative shall attend office of Engr-in-Charge on all working days at 0900 hrs to collect the complaints pertaining to blockage of traps, cleaning of sewage lines, manholes, septic tank and soak wells . In case contractor's representative fails to report Rs 450/- per day will be deducted from the contractor payment for the absent period. (b) complaint slips shall be deposited to the JE concerned after completion of job duly singed by the users. payment shall be made on the basis of complaint slips and site verification by JE/ Engr-in-Charge. (c) Contractor shall provide printed complaint register/ slip as per format given by Engr-in-Charge before commencement of work. (d) The work in foul conditions such as cleaning of soakwell, septic tanks, manholes etc shall be carried out with mechanical means where work with mechanical means is not practicable and work shall be executed manually with the permission of Engr-in-Charge.
