Demolition above G.L. up to floor two lavel ie. Disposlal of unserviceable matirial with with in 20 meters leads and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and seperating out fromm RCC works :- In slab.

Demolition of stone masonery above G.L up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable matirials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in 20 meters with in all lead dressed stone in cement motor :- Storage tank.

Excavation in Foundation and trenches in eart work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of side levelling of bed to correct grade stacking th excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lift and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts. In foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.In Foundation and plinth.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. thickness attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:- Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness.

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads & lifts.

Providing & laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete indluding the cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement: 6 Sand: 12 grded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)at plinth level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Bouler filling behind the retaining wall (for wall) with in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing of GMS tube in trenches (light grade) of following dia meter including providing and fixing tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carraige of GI pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts. ( Scour Pipe 80 mm dia )

Providing and fixing Cast iron Sluice valve of Bir /KARTAR/PELICON make BIS No. 14846 class PN 1.00 with flange Table-5 welding of flanges nut & bolts and gasket etc.The sluice valve conforming to IS-780 having class PN-1.0. The dia of valve as mentioned below complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( for out let & Scour Pipe 80 mm dia )
