Note : Sand for cushioning, cable joint, addtionnal cable for joining shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

Supply and spread, dry River sand for cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches,complete all as specified. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L Brick well burnt Class ‘B’ as cover to UG cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over UGcable as in cable protection in trenches complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil , complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point , complete all as specified.

M & L 50 mm GI tubing, light grade with all fitting / accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing bituminous carpet road/PCC hard standing upto a depth of 30cm and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface after laying cables complete all as specified.

Supply and fix, cable jointing kit for straight through heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material and all connected accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 3.5/4.0 core, 70 to 150sqmm including taking down of old one complete all as specified.
