Painting of exposed portion of following height of steel tubular stree/security light poles, looping boxes (outer surface), mounting brackets, GI pipe and other accessories monted on pole with aluminium/syenthetic enameled paint (make-Berger/Asian/Dulux) including rubbing and scrubbing, cleaning etc. complete as required (more than two coat).

(i) 15.0 mtr High mast pole

(ii) 10.0 mtr pole

(iii) 6.5 mtr to 7.5 mtr pole

(iv) 3.0 mtr solar street light pole

Painting of exposed portion of 3.0 m height post top lantern tubular pole, looping boxes (inner and outer surface), mounting brackets, and other accessories monted on pole with Syenthetic eneamel (make-Nerolac/Berger/Asian/Dulux) including rubbing and scrubbing, cleaning etc. complete as required (One or more coat).

Cleaning, Scrapping and Painting of cubical outdoor type main Feeder Pillar, Sub Feeder Pillar, cable joint Box and energy meter box on inner and outer surface with synthetic enamelled Black paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coat etc complete as required. (Ist quality Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Nerolac, Shalimar Paint)

Numbering of Outdoor type main Feeder Pillar, Sub Feeder Pillar, cable joint Box street light poles, meter box as required.

SITC of cubical outdoor type panel (double door)made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet powder coated seven time processed of size 1.2 x 0.6 x 0.45 Mtr deep having 125 amp 4 nos aluminium bus bar and following accessories mounted thereon. The panel shall be openable from front side (i) MCCB 4 pole 125 Amps 25 KA, 415 volts 50 Hz of L&T/ Havells/ Siemens/ HPL Make - 1 No (ii) MCB 32 Amps 240 volts 50 Hz of L&T/ Havells/ Siemens/ HPL Make - 15 No

Providing and fixing of M S door cover in existing feeder pillars of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet with suitable sizes of MS capsuls hingeges etc complete including cutting, hoisting and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamelled paint etc as required.Scrap material will retained by the contractor.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismentalling and making straight of bended street light pole by cutting, welding and jointing etc and to retain its original shape and re-erection of metallic pole of length upto 10 mtr in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing PVC Loop wire box of minimum size (HxWxD) 200x140x95 mm in the existing street/security light pole including 10 Amp MCB, Connectors, Bakelite sheet and clamps with nut and bolts etc as req. Sintex/Hensal/heggar/Simense/ABB
