AME for Preparation of ornamental designs for use in Sri PAT & SSKM sections for the year 2026-27.

Fabrication Charges for preparing ornamental designs with given 6mm / 8 mm / 10 mm Steel duly cutting, bending and welding as per the Drawing drawn on the floor & welding shall be done on the sides of design.

1. Welding Machine Should be Provided by the Fabricator at his own cost.

2. Necessary power supply will be given by Department at free of cost.

3.Welding rods will be supplied by departmentally at free of cost.

4. The above rates excluding GST

Fabrication charges for providing necessary back support with 8mm/ 10mm / 12mm steel to the design/Cut out duly cutting, bending and welding as directed during execution. Welding shall be done on both sides of design.

1. Welding Machine Should be Provided by the Fabricator at his own cost.

2. Necessary power supply will be given by Department at free of cost.

3.Welding rods will be supplied by departmentally at free of cost.

4. The above rates excluding GST

Charges for drawing of figures of Deities, Arches, Various designs through an Artist as directed during execution.

1. Welding Machine Should be Provided by the Fabricator at his own cost.

2. Necessary power supply will be given by Department at free of cost.

3.Welding rods will be supplied by departmentally at free of cost.

4. The above rates excluding GST.

Only Labour charges for painting the Ornamental designs, cut outs fabricated with steel (Red oxide and Enamel paint will be supplied by departmentally).

Supply of Red oxide primer paint for iron works Grade-I.

Supply of ready mixed synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Gr-II having having VOC(Volatile organic compound content lesss than 50gms/lit.

Supply of 6 & 8 mm M.S.Steel

Supply of 4/5mm LED Pixel serial sets consisting of 50 to 60 Nos of lamps with 6" span bulb to bulb (copper wires) and operated at 220V, 50Hz, AC supply. Colours: Green, Red, Blue, Yellow and white.

Supply of 21 SWG Enamel coated Aluminium winding wire .

Supply of 1.0 Sqmm ISI marked FRLS/ FRLS-H / HFFR / ZHFR PVC insulated flexible copper cables 1100V grade as per IS: 694/1990 & IS:17048/2018 specification for copper cable.
