straight length of spindle with new coupler, welding and fixing the bolts to hold the head

stock, replacing the fixing gun metal nut and set of thrust bearings, replacing gears

damaged inside the gear box, fabrication and fixing of brackets to hold straight the spindle

during up-down operations, greasing all parts and refaxing the gate, with arrangement of

welding set, gas cutting set, demolition hammer, rotary hammer drill, hand tools, all safety

equipment’s to work inside the inlet chamber, hanging zoola, safety ropes, safety belts, etc.

6.1.2 Job-Work of repairing, fabricating and fixing brackets in between the 2 Nos 76,541.90

barrier and head stock fixed by anchor bolts on inlet chamber inlet, and repairing of

railings to work safely around top of screen chamber, at Existing SPS.

Scope also include removing and cutting old bolts by arranging and carting all tools,

welding and gas cutting sets, MS angles, pipes, arrangement of skilled workers who can

work at heights with safety, and hand tools, all safety equipment’s to work, anchor bolts,

in screen chamber inlet wall, at SPS.

Rate to include removing and cutting old fixtures by arranging and carting all tools,

maintenance of E-3 SPS at SHAHPUR of AMC during the 3 Year of O & M from the date of successful commissioning as shown in table below.
