Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in path /floor /paving /hardstanding etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand cushioning in sub base, under floors or in foundation of any description complete all as specified.

Dismantling of interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like n exc. 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B’ bricks, straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or cocrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polythene film black 250 micron thick confirming to IS 2508 laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 152017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 degree centigrade and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and @ as specified by the manufacture. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5 Meter width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC, 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed. Note : PQC will procure from RMC plant by the contractor at his own arrangement and cost.

M&L for forming Construction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) provision of closed cell polyrethene back up rod 12 mm dia and sealed with pitch red polyurethane grey sealant (minimum depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 12 mm) confirming to BS 5212 (type FB) priming the sides as recommended in manufacturers instructions and applying marking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidential spillage of sealant on top of the surface and give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the marking tape after sealant applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 10 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler board and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade 'A' for 100mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.
