Outsourcing of services for operation of HT 11 KV Sub Station at 155 BH in the restricted Army area under GE(S) Tezpur round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each in all days including Sundays and holidays with one minimum skilled Electrician in each shift to attending electrical complains and to assist MES personel to carry out repair/maintenance of 11 KV Sub Station Incomming/outgoing feeders, LT OH line, cables including maintenance of Power House Bldg area by keeping clean, cutting grass etc incl maintenance of Log Sheet in proper printed format as approved by Engr-in-Charge to keep record of Electric break down/shut dwon and maint the following equipment of power house :- (a) 11 KV/433 Volts Step down transformer including isolators, Drop out fuse Assy & 11 Kv equipments, associated control equipment/wiring all as existing at site. Note :- (i) The quoted rates shall be included for printing log book and PRRB for as under plants, attendence register in std formate etc with other required accessories. (ii) Provision of dress for deployed staffs in proper code given by Deptt. (iii) The cost of required hygienise /cleaning to installation with apporx 10 Mtrs surrounded with required and cleaning material such as cotton wast, broom, distil water, lead to be re-set battery terminals/post, etc with all others. (iv) The cost of minior required T&P to be attanding complaint with all required safety measures to be perform duty. (V) Deployed electricians shall be responsible to attand the all nature of electic complaints. (vi) The cost of trade men tool set with all std safety materials required to perform duties safely. (vii) Salary shall be paid by contractor to hired persons through Individual bank account with full fill all labour commission's direction and rules.

Outsourcing of services for operation of Pump House Installation at pump house No-1A (155 Base) in the restricted Army area under GE(S) Tezpur round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each in all days including Sundays and holidays with one minimum skilled FGM per shift utilizing the under mention of different capacity plants and machineries. The required services includes running of all plants and machineries in the chain of water treatment works from tapping of ground water using borewell and upto UG Sump in the timings fixed by the department and adding of required quantity of chemicals for treatment and disinfection and carrying out all routine maintanence works as recommended by the OEM and running of DG Sets installed within the premisses during electric supply failure from main sources incl Cleaning the pump set, DG set control panel making arrangement of keeping pump house building area clean and cutting of grasses of surrounding up to 10 mtrs area of pump house building. The details are as under:- (a) Submersible pumping set of capacity 2.5 HP and DOL starters-02 Nos. (Note : only one pump will be operate at a time). (b) Centrfugal pump set of capacity 10000 GPH (appx) at 120 feet head with electrically driven 15 HP, 3 phase, 50 Hz. Make- Kirloskar-03 Nos (Note : only one pump will operate at a time) with operation of chlorine dozing pumps. Outsourcing of services for operation of electrically operated cold storage plant at 155BH in the restricted Army area under GE(S) Tezpur round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each in all days including Sundays and holidays with one minimum skilled Refrigerator mechanic utilised for run AC plant of capacity 5 TR capacity for operation 1 x open type compressor and sealed unit of same capacity , cooling coil, condensing unit, temperature gauges and other measuring instruments including cooling Tower etc. Note 1:- Rate included operation of all DG set installed at BH power house as and when required,and complete LT panel, cables, accessories including the maintenance of log sheet ,Cleaning of Plant room,Monituring of Temperature .Note:-Log sheet provided by contractor as desired formate specified by engr-in-charge. Outsourcing of services for operation of electrically operated cold storage plant and cooling room pant at 56FMSD in the restricted Army area under GE(S) Tezpur round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each in all days including Sundays and holidays with one minimum skilled Refrigerator mechanic utilised for run AC plant of capacity 55 TR capacity for operation open type compressor and sealed unit of same capacity , cooling coil, condensing unit, temperature gauges and other measuring instruments etc. Note1:- Rate included operation of DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA for cold storage Plant as and when required,and complete LT panel, cables, accessories including the maintenance of log sheet ,Cleaning of Plant room,Monituring of Temperature.Note:-Log sheet provided by contractor as desired formate specified by Engr-in-charge Note2:- 1. For running of plants, Mechinary & filteration system, minimum skilled worker having NCVT certificate and semi skilled worker passed 10th class, both having minimum two years experience in similar field shall be employed. 2. The contractors shall provide uniform, safety equipment and tools required for running and maintanence of plants as per OEM recommendation, collection and trasporting of the POL required to run the DG set from AGE E/M store yard. 3. The contracter shall fulfill all statutory requirement like minimum fair wages, EPF and employees insurance till completion of the contract period. 4. Payment to all employees must be credited to bank account and documentary proof shall be produced to the department, while submission of RAR. Note:- (i) The quoted rates shall be included for printing log book and PRRB for as under plants, attendence register in std formate etc with other required accessories.
