Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) for the Gantry Cranes of Collection Gallery and TRT out fall on the exterior side, up to 7 storey height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal &vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the structure/building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like from the surfaces of the Gantry Cranes of Collection Gallery and TRT out fall, covering plates of collection gallery & railing of collection gallery, by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
Applying one coat of ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate on the surfaces of the Gantry Cranes of Collection Gallery and TRT out fall, covering plates of collection gallery & railing of collection gallery primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works
Painting 2 coats with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint on the surfaces of the Gantry Cranes of Collection Gallery and TRT out fall, covering plates of collection gallery & railing of collection gallery in all required shades of blue and orange of approved brand (i.e, berger, nerolac etc.)
Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint of Draft Tube stop Log Gates of collection Gallery by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations Draft Tube stop Log Gates of collection Gallery prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete
