Taking down existing street light fittings of any type/size/capacity fixed in any position i.e. on wall/ pole/ watch tower fixing the fitting in its original position after repairs complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-(a) Minor repairs are included in the rates. (b) Spares shall be measured and paid seprately under item No 17 & 18.)

S & F in replacement LED Street light luminaire of 45 watt 230V AC outdoor type in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing of standard size, BIS marked electronic driver of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening IP-65/66 complete all as specified and directed

All as per ser item No 2 above but LED street light of 60 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 2 above but LED street light of 90 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement LED flood light fitting suitable for high mask light 18 mtr height of 120 watt 230V in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with, BIS marked electronic driver duly enclosed of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening with IP-66, protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 5 above but LED Flood light of 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 5 above but LED Flood light of 200 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of post top lantern LED type 20 Watt 230 volt AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP65 protection with impact and corrosion resistance complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl No. 2 to 8 :-Taking down and refixing of the fittings on existing locations shall be deemed to be included in the respective items.

Supply and fixing in replacement security light bracket made of 40mm bore GI light grade pipe 1.5 metre long bend to shape including fixing on pole with suitable size of flat iron clamps, nut, bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm and 1 x 1.5 sqmm for connection purpose, ISI marked drawing through 20mm dia PVC pipe / conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed by means of MS saddles on or fixed on poles including connection with proper lugs for the following size including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core.

All as per item No 11 above but cable of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core

All as per item No 11 above but cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes/cables etc getting out and bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable for under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Old size sub class 'B' bricks,laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of the cable , adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but except brick (old retrieved bricks shall be reused)

Supply and fixing in replacement of driver suitable for any type of street light and flood light as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Surge protection device suitable for any type of street light and flood light as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Polycarbonate street light junction box .The junction box IP 66 weather proof & enclousers for outdoor installation on pole with suitable clamp, nut bolts,knockouts for cable entry of size 10-25 sqmm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, with adjustable thermal adjustable magnetic release, ICS=ICU=100%, 415 volts, 50 HZ, 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, with adjustable thermal adjustable magnetic release, ICS=ICU=100%, 415 volts, 50 HZ, 15 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement TPN MCB,4 pole 240 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA, of rating 40 to 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement MCB SPN , 240 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA, of rating 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MCB SP 6 TO 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of cement concrete poles externally above foundation with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after scraping/cleaning well the existing surface with black and white strips 30cm each up to 1.5 metre height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint yellow in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm black base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of LT Steel tubular pole externally above foundation with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping/cleaning well the existing surface including painting of bottom with black & white color strip 30cm each upto 1.5 mtr high from top of PCC foundation block and numbring of pole with synthetic enamel paint yellow in 80mm high letter over 150mmx230mm black base complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 50 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 80 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing radium waterproof warning reflective sticker high intensity conspicuity yellow/white in color (2 inch) reflection tape for street light poles complete all as specified and directed.
