IMPROVEMENT TO SWIMMING POOL AND PROVN OF CONCRETE RAMP FOR LOADING OFF LOADING OF MT VEHICLE AT AFS BIDAR

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for sub base for floor tiles ,roof /chajja padding , including removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick work or PCC solid block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles, including removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 40 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 100 mm thick 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, first quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing of New plastered surface of Wall, Chajja, Roof Projection and Roof Fascia surface and applying acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved shade by mechanical sprayer (2 or more coats applying @ 1.67 litre / 10 sq m over and including priming two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over a coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 Kg / 10 Sq m complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing the debris out of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes ,rectangular/square pipes , channels , plates etc. Including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete , including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasterners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complter all as specified and as directed.
