To collect the Online applications from the applicants of PMAY Scheme to submit the various reports :- To collect the Online applications, from the applicants of PMAY, on specially prepared Web-site for this Scheme, including collecting all required paper/documents online by scanning process. (The Web-site, Domain Registration, and separate backup server with expandable capacity should be in the name of bidder itself.) The work of online collection of application form shall be included the work of propagation of the scheme by making advertisement, by giving Munadi, by taking meeting in slums, by delivering the pamphlets, etc. and to encourage the proposed beneficiaries to participate in the scheme. This work will also include to prepare the list of beneficiaries in Alphabetical manner, cast wise, slum wise, area wise, ward wise, category wise and with AADHAR Card No. etc. This work also includes the training to the internet café holder etc. (The fees quoated by the bidder shall have to be collected from the applicants themselves and Nagar Panchayat Palam will not pay any charges for gthis component, to the bidder or form filling internet cafe holder or any other similar form filling agency, person etc. if appointed by bidder) (Percentage to be quoted on the estimated cost assuming Rs.5.00 lack per D/u)

Executing the work of Geo-tagging of existing houses of applicants, Feeding the Information of applicants in MIS:- a) To execute the work of Geotagging of applicants by visiting the applicants’ address, capturing the photo of their existing houses & GPS location. The information based on application is to be geotagged for creating location specific data. Overlaying the geotagged data on the WMS. b) Feeding the data as specified in MIS software of PMAY. Extracting the information as per the need of project, accomplished using MIS for DSS. The geotagged & MIS data will have to be updated after finalizing the beneficiaries by the urban local body. (Percentage to be quoted on the estimated cost assuming Rs.5.00 lack per D/u)

Preparation of Plan of Action for City/town:- Preparation of Plan of Action in phase wise manner for time bound project implementation work i.e. to prepare time-bound programme schedule of implementation of all Phases, starting from Bio-metric Survey, preparation of DPR, preparation of POA by considering the time for sanction. (Percentage to be quoted on the total cost of proposed D.P.R. work)

DPR Preparation work:- Preparation of Detail Project Report for all the beneficiaries (in No. of phases) for Housing for All Mission under Prime Minister Awas Yojana with preparing the various type of drawings of Dwelling Units, various drawings of flat system, with required other infrastructure as per Govt. of India Guideline dated 25/06/2015 and GoM Resolution Dt.9/12/2015 by adopting any one or combination of more than one components of this G.R.GoM, with all necessary Estimates etc. which requires for the approval of the Project.(Percentage to be quoted on the total cost of proposed DPR)

To Execute the work of Biometric Survey & Issue of Biometric I-card :- To get-filled the prescribed application form, from the beneficiary families and to collect the information along with necessary papers/documents of proposed beneficiary families for Housing for All mission under Prime Minister Awas Yojana and also execute the Bio-metric Survey by obtaining Photo, finger impression, and Iris Image of both the eyes of proposed head of beneficiaries families on biometric devices and to prepare the Software Generated reports of various types of all the proposed beneficiaries and also prepare the I-Card of size of ATM Card of each beneficiary family head which shall contain some matter on it. (Percentage to be quoted on the estimated cost assuming Rs.5.00 lack per D/u)

Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Work Part A:- Under PMC work, after receipt of approval from the Govt., the bidder has to prepare the revised Estimates of all the sanctioned components (if required), also to prepare revised drawings, design etc. for purpose of Technical sanction as well as for practical execution of work. To obtain the technical sanction for all the estimates by visiting & discussion with the competent authority. After receipt of T.S. prepare E-tender documents, paper advt., to assist Municipal Council to upload the same in www.mahatenders.gov.in and also after tender procedure is completed, to prepare comparative statement & put before Municipal Council with mentioning opinion on it, to assist Municipal Council to prepare draft copy of Agreement between Municipal Council and the contractor and to prepare draft copy of work order, etc. Part B:- (i) During execution of work, to take RCC drawing from structural Engineer, to give layout to the contractor, to supervise the works, to record the measurements of infrastructure work (excluding measurements of individual Dwelling Units) in M.B. for the bill & measurements submitted by the contractor after Joint Inspection with contractor’s representative, Municipal Council Engineer, by fixing the date for Joint Inspection, prepare computer typed bill & to submit the same to Municipal Council for final checking, necessary corrections & payment to the contractor. (ii) To supervise the construction work of Dwelling Units (if constructed individual or in cluster or in any other type,) prepare their stage wise payment sheet on the basis of estimated amount & to submit for recommendation for payment.
