Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, well cesspits, manholes etc / for laying of cable/ pipe etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, steel armoured, aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS 7098), ISI marked, in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of following size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- 1. The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. 2. Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc.

S&F 10Sqmm twin core cable flat of PVC insulated, stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than one mtr apart including 4 mm dia suspension wire complete including making necessary connection etc and taking down old U/S cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying cable protection bricks, common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing (GI Pipe) light grade (ISI marked) with all fittings as in sleeving for cable protection & laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall, ceiling and pole of following bore complete as specified and directed :- Note : MS Clamp, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperatly for fixing with pole etc.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009) with conected to eath test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and comman salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber and for earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars both ways with MS handle 8 mm dia. PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe as earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI earth strip and protection pipe upto and including 7.5m is deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

S&F in repair bus bar chamber 6way made out of of sheet metal box having current rating 100 amp, 415V consisting 06 Nos aluminium bus bars with porcelian insulator, with and including fixed on PCC (1:2:4) type B2 foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type, cubical LT panel board, CPRI approved factory made, powder coated (Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade) having minimum thickness 100 micron, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz and provided with suitable 'U' type gasket to make it dust/vermin proof & general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93, floor block mounting type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with using 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame, factory fabricated duly compartmentalized for each control gear with front & back openable, lockable / operable by keys from both sides having brass chromium plated 19mm dia fancy locks, louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air and to accommodate incommer / outgoing MCCBs and TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incommer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulator made of non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar and extension links shall not be less than 300mm long supported on same type insulators and having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferrulated for proper identification and crimped with aequate size of lugs. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 2 mm powder coated should be used at the bottom with and including necessary earth work and PCC work for fixing panel legs. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 & carry the following items :-

(i) INCOMING :- (a) Ammeter size 96 mm X 96mm, flush mounted digital type, three phase of class 1.0 -Qty- 01 No. (b) LED Indicator 22.5mm for 12 volts AC/DC supply -Qty- 01 set of 3 Nos. (c) Voltmeter size 96 mm X 96mm, flush mounted digital type, three phase, class 1.0 -Qty- 01No. (d) MCCB, 400Amps, 4 pole, breaking capacity Icu = 36 KA, 415 Volts, AC supply, with adjustable load setting, having thermal magnetic release -Qty- 01 No (ii) OUT GOING :- (a) MCCB, 16 Amps, 4 pole, breaking capacity Icu = 25 KA, 415 Volts, AC supply, with adjustable load setting, having thermal magnetic release -Qty- 02 No (b) MCB SPN 32Amp, type C, 10KA -Qty- 08 Nos

Notes :- 1. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth.(8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/ water rinsing/ de-rusting/ water rinsing/ activation/ phosphating water rinsing/passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel 3. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification degree of protection IP-54 ( should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A 4. All the electricals switch gear like MCCBs, MCB should be of same make 5. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE/AGE (I) before fabrication. 6. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.
