Replacement of 132/33KV 20MVA T/F-II by installation and commissioning of refurbished/repaired 40MVA, 132/33KV IMP make transformer at 132KV S/s, Pithoragarh under OandM Division, PTCUL, Almora

Dismantling of 03 Nos. 132KV LA with support structure and re-erection of same after erection of transformer.

Opening HV, LV and marshalling box connections of existing 132/33KV, 20MVA T/F-II NGEF make and removing of transformer from the plinth an dragging of dismantled transformer from its position to other place and storage of transformer including all material and labour.

Dragging/shifting of 132/33KV, 40MVA IMP make refurbished/ repaired transformer from the site to plinth location with the help of jacks rollers etc. including cost of material labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Erection of 132/33KV, 40MVA three phase transformer including first filling of oil after filtration alongwith all associated accessories and complete pre-commissioninng testing of 40MV transformer such as open circuit test, short circuit test, vector group test, stability test, insulation test, winding resistance test, tan delta test, SFRA and other including testing of RTCC and C&R panels, earthing of the system complete etc. Submission of test reports in three (03) copies jointly signed with O&M and T&C wing of PTCUL and clearance certificate of electricity inspector before charging of transformer.

Collection of oil samples of transformer and its testing for DGA and other relevant tests from CPRI as per direction of engineer incharge including cost of all materail, consumables, labour and T&P required for the proper completion of work and submission of reports in three (03) copies at the earliest (Top, Bottom, OLTC) before and after charging of transformer.
