Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor units equipped with highly efficient scroll /Rotary compressors with ALL INVERTER type compressors only, special acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, pre coated fin type heat exchangers. The outdoor and indoor units shall be integrated with special super wiring system with a remote controller into one common wiring independent to each outdoors. The Inverter Compressors system should reach full load rapidly providing less temperature fluctuation. Quote shall include imported refnet joints with piping system . Refrigerant should be R410A/Equiv. All structural frame work platforms required shall be of HVAC vendor as per site conditions. The electrical contractor shall leave the required specifications. REFRIGERANT PIPING FOR VRF SYSTEM : SITC of Copper Referigant piping of the required sizes for all the units with refnets as per specs. The insulation shall be of 19mm thick Armaflex/ KFlex make through out the running length of Ref. piping. The piping shall be well supported at specific intervals with GI supports with insulated PUF saddles and Exposed pipes shall be installed on GI cable trays supported from wall / roof with anchor fasteners & C type ms angle. The pipe sizes are tentitive, the vendors have to consider as per their manufacturing standards.Consider PVC Sleeves inplace of PUF Saddles & GI Cable tray is considered only at Terrace exposed area 34.9 mm O.D. (insulation – 19 mm thick)

REFRIGERANT PIPING FOR VRF SYSTEM : Nitrogen &pressure testing & additional gas charing for the entire length of copper pipes-refrigerant R410A environmental friendly refrigerant 1 HP VRF Outdoor Unit

SITC of Control cabling from Indoor to outdoor unit for all the units with the necessary fittings. The cabling shall be FRLS weather proof type as most of the cabling will have open exposure to atmosphere. The cabling shall be bundled properly and shall be neatly aligned with the Refrigerant piping. The cabling shall be well supported at specific intervals and & similar to refrigerant piping. (2 /4core x 1.5 Sq mm cu.cable )

DUCTING & INSULATION WORKS Sheet Metal Ducting Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning & Handing over of the following:Rectangular Aluminium ducting – Factory Fabricated complete with splitter dampers, turning vanes, access doors, supports, air tight joints with dual insulation to avoid leakage, applied with sealant etc. as per site requirement. The duct supporting shall be as per SMACNA standards. 22gauge galvanized sheet (0-750mm)
