Supplying and fixing of Hot dipped Galvanised continously tapered octagonal pole made from 3 mm thick sheet of overall length 6 Metre with decorative arm bracket of 1 m length, ( Lamp inclination at 15° ), 48mm dia x 3.25mm thick with standard arm cap. The bottom dia of the pole shall be minimum 130 mm and top 70 mm with inbuilt cable loop in loop out box with flush door and locking facility. The pole shall be with base plate of 200x200x12mm and 4 Nos M20 x 600 mm size of foundation bolt. The pole shall be mounted on suitable size foundation and provided with 6A SP C curve MCB, loop in loop out 3 phase terminals block, required dia PVC pipe in the foundation for taking cable in & out from the pole, 3Cx1.5 sqmm unarmoured PVC insulated round copper cable from loop in loop out to light fixture etc with all required accessories(Single Arm) (The cost of the civil foundation is not considered in this item).

The bottom dia of the pole shall be minimum 139 mm and top 89 mm with inbuilt cable loop in loop out box with flush door and locking facility. The pole shall be with base plate minimum of 200x200x12mm and 4 Nos M20 x 750 mm size of foundation bolt. The pole shall be mounted on suitable size foundation and provided with 6A SP C curve MCB, loop in loop out 3 phase terminals block, required dia DWC pipe in the foundation for taking cable in & out from the pole, 3Cx1.5 sqmm unarmoured PVC insulated round copper cable from loop in loop out box to light fixture etc with all required accessories.Concealed loop in loop out box (The cost of the civil foundation is not considered in this item. )(T lite- Onleo Steppo OLP-A4D)-Double arm.

The bottom dia of the pole shall be minimum 130 mm and top 70 mm with inbuilt cable loop in loop out box with flush door and locking facility. The pole shall be with base plate of 200x200x16mm and 4 Nos M20 x 600 mm size of foundation bolt. The pole shall be mounted on suitable size foundation and provided with 10A SP C curve MCB, loop in loop out 3 phase terminals block, required dia PVC pipe in the foundation for taking cable in & out from the pole, 3Cx2.5 sqmm unarmoured PVC insulated round copper cable from loop in loop out to light fixture etc with all required accessories.(The cost of the civil foundation is not considered in this item)

SITC of 70/72 W LED street light fitting, epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws and weather proof gasket (IP 66) for LEDs and control gear compartments. LED specification make- CREE LED/Equivalent, colour temp-5700K ± 300K, Lens make- Led link/equivalent, Lm / watt = 120 or Higher, THD < 20%, Driver with protection against over voltage & short circuit, surge protection atleast 4 kV. input AC voltage range 140-310V AC, side entry mounting for 45 to 65 mm OD bracket, maintenance access to driver from the top, The LED Luminaire should be type tested and approved by NITC before commissioning, etc as required.Concealed loop in loop out box. (Philips BRP062 LED 84 CW SLC S1 PSU / Equivalent).

SITC of LED Flood Light with a minimum system lumen of 12000Lm and system wattage not exceeding 100W with a nominal efficiency 130 lumen/watt .The Luminaire should be having Minimum 75000 Burning hours(L70B50) with CRI ≥70, SDCM< 5 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K. The housing should be of Single piece non-corrosive ADC12Grade high-pressure die-cast aluminum and should have corrosion resistant coating to pass Natural salt spray test of 500 Hrs with IP66 Protection.The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs , should have an auto shutdown at 325V and have an auto recovery feature ,Under Voltage protection with Input Voltage Stress of 100V for 48 Hrs, PF > 0.95 and THD<10 %.The Luminaire should have a 10 KV SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire,SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KV rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2 .The Drivers should be a potted driver not a printed circuit board without casing, mounted inside the luminaire,PF>0.95 and THD<10% . Luminaire and driver shall be separately BIS approved of same make equivalent to Philips/ kesslec /Osram. LM80,LM79 ,Type Test certificate and Bis certificate need to be submitted. .

Charges for concreting with 45 x 45 x 100 cm up to ground level and 40 cm above ground level using 8 mm steel reinforcement as per drawing with cement concrete of 1:2:4, after excavation and plastering the sides including a neat cement flushing coat, painting with cement paint etc, as required.

Dismantling of existing street light pole etc. and handing over to EMU store safely as required .

Charges for painting & finishing the stepped tubular street light pole and arm(6/7mtr height)with epoxy paint ( two or more coats ) including appropriate priming coat, after cleaning the surface firmly using cleaning materials etc, as required.

Charges for dismantling the existing plinth of the street light pole and disposing waste properly to a suitable place.

Excavation of trench near the plinth of street light pole for getting the existing cable and refilling the trenches with existing materials available after laying the cable, including minor civil works etc as required.

Supply and laying of one number of 12 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated aluminium cable as required.

Supply of one number 4 x 10 sq mm Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc as required.

Supplying of one number 4Cx 16 sq mm Aluminium condutor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35sq.mm direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required,but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for the size 4*10 sqmm(25mm) of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Wiring for cicuit /submain wiring along with earth wire with the 1.5 sq mm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor ,single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Wiring for group controlled(looped)light point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed PVC conduit ,and earthing point with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of weather proof outdoor junction box for outdoor installation of size 205mm x 255mm x112mm with knockouts for cable entry including dinbar, suitable connectors for connecting Al cable to copper cable of suitable size, provision for fixing two number of double pole MCB, weather proof gourmets,glands,clamps,screws of required length fastners connections for surface/ recess fixing on existing tubular pole etc. as required(clip type)Hensel IP 69 KF 2525G made or Equivalent.

supply and fixing of U clamp with straight bar for mounting the terminal box with suitable nut and bolt as per site condition including welding /industrial works.

Supplying and fixing Double pole 5A to 32 A rating, 240/415V,10kA,"C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of double pole in the existing MCB DB/junction box complete with connections ,testing and commisioning etc.as required

Supplying and fixing Triple pole with neutral 5A to 32 A rating, 240/415V,10kA,"C" curve,miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Triple pole with neutral in the existing MCB DB/junction box complete with connections ,testing and commisioning etc.as required

Supplying and fixing 40 amps rating, Four pole (Three phase and neutral) 415 Volts, residual current circuit breaker(RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 100 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Dismantling existing light fittings from the pole with/with out rad/clamp using ladder/scaffolding arrangements and handing over to EMU store safely as required.

Numbering / Marking the poles using black paint firmly etc as required.

Supply and fixing of box type tube fittings (Batten & T8 LED Tube), complete with side holders and 18/20 watt 4 feet T8 LED tube including 25x3mm or suitable GI clamp for fixing at an angle of 45 degree etc, as required but without Batten/LED tube.

Charges for installing new single arm for the existing octagonal pole as per the site condition.

Charges for checking the existing street light poles as per preventive maintenance schedule and repairng the same with replacement of damaged MCBs ,Connectors etc.(As per the site condition.)

Submission of as fitted drawings of the existing 541 street lights in the NITC campus including both Single line diagram, physicaL layouts in Autocad and pdf format along with physical copy same in the format,standard and get the approval from electrical inspectorate including all other charges etc as required.
