Supply and apply of 1 coat of internal wall Damp Proof primer of approved brand in Boys Hostel 1 and Boys Hostel 2 and in Girls Hostel located outside campus, including cost of all materials, labors, lead and lift, scaffolding / staging charges, cleaning the walls and removing hard stains, grease, oil, dark patches complete as per the instruction of the Engineer In-charge. Approved brand: Asain / Berger / Nerolac

Supply and apply of 2 coats of internal wall emulsion paint of approved brand and colour in Boys Hostel 1 and Boys Hostel 2 including cost of all materials, labors, lead and lift, scaffolding / staging charges, cleaning the walls and removing hard stains complete as per the instruction of the Engineer In-charge. Approved brand: Asain / Berger / Nerolac

Removing the disengaged wooden Door frames from the walls, carrying out repair works as required and re-fixing the door frames back in position and alignement with approved new Heavy duty 6" MS Hold fast, including the cost of material like Hinges (New hinges if required), chipping / chasing the wall, concreting the hold fast embedment with shuttering as required, plastering, curing and making good as required including cost of detaching the door shutter and keep it in safe custidy, cost of all labor, lead & lift, (up to G + 5 floors) transport, etc.,complete as instructed by Engineer In-charge. Removing the damaged Door Shutters and recondition the same with new 1 mm thick approved quality & brand laminate sheet and re-fixing the door shutters in position and in alignment with new Higes (if required), including the cost of material, labour, lead & lift (up to G + 5 Floors) transport,etc., as instructed by Engineer In-charge. Disconnecting wire connections and removing the concealed ELECTRICAL PANELS / BREAKER BOX / FUSE BOX from the 1st floor / 2nd floor electrical room and making good the wall with necessary civil works including waterproof plaster. Complete including the cost of material and labor, transport, etc., as instructed by Engineer In-charge. [Reference image attached]

Note: Before pricing, the bidder must visit the site to assess the condition of the panels, understand the scope of works. Any additional items or change of scope of works will not be entertained at later stages. Electrical Panel Repair: Repairing and reconditioning the existing Electrical Panel / DB Box including changing of MCB's, changing of wires, changing or extending of cables and making the DB in full operation condition and refixing the Electrical panel / DB Box in the same electrical room wall with projected frame work (away from wall) including cost of all necessary spares, testing and commissioning, including cost of material, labour and transport etc., Complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.

Electrical Panel Replacement: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete MCB DB including wiring, fuses and necessary spares. Complete all including cost of material, labour and transport etc., Complete as directed by Engineer In-charge. [Rate only Item]

Supplying, providing and applying 2 coats of Synthetic Acrylic Paint systems of approved make, colour and pattern (Full Court) with standard court marking including the cost of material, labour, lead & lift, transport,etc., complete all as directed by Engineer In-charge. [Reference image attached]

Cutting, grinding, cleaning with blowers and filling the expansion joint grooves (Horizontal & Vertical grooves) in the Basket ball concrete court floor with approved make and brand GG Poly sulphide sealant of approved colour. Complete all as per the specifications, as per approved method statements, as per manufacturers recommendation and as per IS. Complete all as directed by engineer In-charge

Excavating, Cutting, Levelling, watering and consolidating the surface with proper level as Instructed by Engineering In-charge.

Supplying and laying 50 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete grade 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling, curing, dressing & finishing the top smooth. Note: Only RMC OR Mixer Machine concrete will be allowed as instructed by the Engineer In-charge.

Providing and laying of 200 mm thick factory made precast concrete solid block walls of grade M10 from approved manufacturer with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of material, labor, lead, shifting charges as per instructed by Engineer In–charge.

Providing plastering for wall with 15mm thick cement Plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 Sand) including cost of material, labor, lead, transport, etc., charges as instructed by Engineer In–charge.

Supplying and laying of river sand 50mm thick including cost of material, labour, transport etc as instructed by Engineer In-charge

Laying paverblocks all-around the Badminton court to the required pattern and including cost of labour charges, transport charges within 1km lead, tools any incidental charges etc, complete, but excluding cost of Paver Blocks. Complete as directed by the Engineer In-charge. IIIT Sir City will supply Paver Blocks.

Removing the existing interloc paver blocks and stocking at a place as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a lead of 1 km and levelling the area as required to receive new flooring, including cost of any breaking of old concrete or masonry if required, including cost of all materials, tools & plants. complete as per site condition and as directed by the Engineer In-charge. Providing and laying Anti-Skid Vitrified floor tilesof size 600x600mm in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 river sand/ M-sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Location: Dining Block -1

Fixing of double leaf MS gate of size 6m wide in a location as directed by the Engineer In-charge within a lead of 1 km including cost of gate supports required as per site condition, including cost of all materials, tools & plants, welding & cutting charges, cost of erection. Complete as per site condition and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Providing, fabricating, transporting and erecting structural steel work for gates of different sizes, conforming to IS standards. This includes all cutting, bending, drilling, welding, grinding, polishing, fixing, and other accessories ensuring all joints are secure. After erection, the steel surface should be cleaned and coated with one coat of approved primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes all materials, machinery, equipment, labour, staging, scaffolding, securely anchoring the MS section to concrete, brick, or block work structures, etc. All fabrication and erection processes must adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, with thorough inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with design and standards.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing in brushed finish made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer In-charge. Design shall be in similar to the existing railing in the same building for height, pipe size spacing between verticals etc., [Reference image attached] (for payment purpose, only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and laying of M20 grade concrete for wall and raft including materials, machinery, labor, lead & lift, Centring and shuttering charges, curing, etc., as instructed by Engineer In–charge. (Location: Precast Boundary Wall) IIIT Sir City will supply Reinforcement Steel.

Removing the existing chain link fence and RCC Fence posts available in the North West Boundary of IIIT Sri City and stocking in a area as advised by the Engineer In-charge within a lead of 0.5 km, including cost of all labour, lead, lift, cost of cleaning the RCC fence post, transport etc., complete

Fixing of RCC fence post of size of 100mm x 100mm x 2.4m, including cost of all material, lead, lift, and transport, Earthwork excavation, foundation concrete of size 300 x 300 x 600 mm with concrete grade of 1:3:6 for posts etc, complete as instructed by Engineer In-charge. (RCC Posts will be supplied by IIIT Sri City free of cost within a lead of 1 KM)

Supplying & fixing chain link fencing of 10 S.W.G, G.I. Wire 50mm x 50mm mesh fitted to RCC fence post at 3000mm apart. Including supplying, fitting and fixing hooks, eye bolts with nuts, staples and bolts including three horizontal lines of G.I wire 10 S.W.G at top, middle and bottom and with one vertical line to each fencing post for keeping the fencing tight and erect complete as instructed by Engineer In-charge.

Sub-station Aluminium Door Repair: Removing the existing Aluminium door shutter, reconditioning the same by providing new ACP sheet as per required size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. cost of providing Lock and key for the shutter all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing hydralic door closer of rack and pinion type with standard arm, silver finish (as approved by Engineer In-charge) with necessary screws / fixing accessories. Rate including all material, all labour charges, all lead, lift, transportation, taxes etc complete.
