SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD AT NAA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Amount

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of viscosity grade-10 at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying bituminious premixed carpet 40 mm thick consolidated thickness,with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 kg of binder rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M & L for liquid seal coat with binder @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm (paving bitumen) blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 Cum per 10 Sqm rolled and compacted with exceeding 8 ton but not exceeding 12 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced opertator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates shall deemed to include the cost of form work shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
