Taking down dismantling unserviceable Street light, Security light and flood light and Post top lantern light fittings of any wattage or size from existing electric pole or bldg for repair/replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and refixing after repair/replacement of all parts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down U/s Street/Security light timer of any type with its enclosure including steel brackets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for FREEDOM NEO LED streetlight 40 Watts made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics with IP65 protection of Make: Crompton, CAT Part No. LSTS-40-CDL-M or its equivalent in Bajaj/Syska/Havells as approved, including connecting in existing circuit with flexible aluminium conductor of size 2 core 2.5 Sq mm of 2 metre long, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LED street lights 60 Watts aerodynmically designed for all weather conditions with excellent thermal management, made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LED's with secondary optics and IP66 protection of Make : Crompton CAT Part No. CRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG or its equivalent in Bajaj/Syska/Havells including connecting in existing circuit with flexible wire 2 core 2.5sqmm copper conductor 2 mtr long all as specified and directed.

M&L for new generation, IP 65 LED post-top lantern light of 15 Watts, energy saving, environmentally friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun alumnium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells (CAT Part No. RUBYMINIPT15WLED757PSYMTOPC) or equivalent in Bajaj/Syska/Crompton.

S & F in repair 40/32 mm dia bore galvalume iron pipe light grade, bent to shape of length, 1.50 mtr with flat iron clamp of size 50mm x 6 mm nuts and bolts of 12 mm dia 100 mm long including washer duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on mild steel surface including preparation of surface on pole/wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level. Connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall be 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level, complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR P-I, 2009, with CI cover 20mm thick of size 300x300 mm along with handle for lifting earth pit cover with charcoal dust and common salt with alternative layer of 15cm complete and earth lead connected to panel/DB/LT poles board including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth test result should not less than 'One Ohm'.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 4 sq. mm two core nominal cross section in stranded conductor including testing and taking down the same, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth for cable trenches and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Supplying and laying reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type - 1 , flate, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified. Note : The depth of sand shall be measured only after punning the sand)

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting to existing steel tubular swaged LT poles, 9m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps, etc., with two coats of aluminium paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternatively on externall surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping etc. complete and writing pole numbers of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specific and as directed.

S & F in repair Empty box IP-66 without mounting plate (with transparent lid) 168 x 253 x 115 mm complete of make Hensel cat part No. KG 9002 or equvalent in ABB/Emter complete with all fixing accessories including testing all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repair for cable junction box of size 155 x 210 x 92, GFS polycarbonate halogen free and weather proof, UV resistant rainwater proof, halogen free glow wire test in accordance with IEC 60695-2-II 960 C flame retardant self extinguishing suitable for cable size upto 10 Sq mm IP 66, with terminal complete with all accessories. Make HENSEL Cat No. KF 1616G or equivalent in ABB/Emter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair aluminium conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm twin core for replacement of existing worn out/burnt cable on street light/security light pole by spiral hanging of wire in all STREET lights, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F digital time swtiches programmable every 1 min with backup of 06 years, 28 memory locations, current capacity 16A, weekly program, with 1 changeover (1 CO), Total 28 programs of Make: Indoasian, Model No. DIN type Daily/Weekly with 1 CO, Cart Part No. TDA43110 or equivalent in Havells/L&T, complete all as specified and as directed and approved by GE.
