S&F in repair for synthetic wooven flooring carpet, weight min 1.5Kg/sqm, fixed with approved rubber based adhesive as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 1.5mm thick PVC sheets laminated plain coloured marble mosaic or molted finish laid with rubber based adhesive in floors and skirtings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wooden coloured interlocking tiles 1215x168x8mm thick rectangular in floor / panaling laid in over existing floor with foam sheet of approved best quality incld joints /end covering strip incl dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L Joint free coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade over and incl 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ractangular ) joint free tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed cement to match complete all as specifed and as directed.
