ADDN/ALTN TO OLD LOGISTIC SECTION AND BLDG NO. P-107 AT MAKARPURA AT AFS VADODARA

Taking down complete assembly of steel rolling shutter of any size and description with all accessories and removing from site under schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exc 1 Sqm each and removing from site under schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S & F to chowkats for 35mm thick 2nd class HW glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire cloth gauge etc,(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, sectiion 8, clause 8.20(a).

M & L Preparation of new wood surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 300mm mild steel ordinary rat rail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 100mm size, butt hinge medium weight cold rolled mild steel & fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 300 mm long Aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts with hasp and staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200mm length aluminum, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm size Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified & directed.
