Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Material and labour for drilling trial bore of 250mm dia upto 130 mtrs depth with reverse rotary circulation or direct circulation or combination of both by using power ring for housing of 350mm nomial bore reduced to 250mm below ground leveling in any kind of soil strata including hard stone boulders etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) No of borewells to be dug are 02 Nos including trial bore. (ii) Removel of Mud/Slurry from the site shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to be include for hire of charges of Ring,T&P, Machinery, fuel charges,labour, consumeables, transportation,drilling and operation, Sample strata box of suitable size duly painted including use and waste of all necessary all appliances and materials in all respects to all entire satisfaction of complete work all as specified and directed

Material and labour for reaming upto 675mm for up to 120 RM from ground level for insertion of casing Pipe of 350mm dia complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- (i) Depending upon the availability of water bearing strata, if drilling beyond 130 mtr is required the same shall be carried out after obtaining written approval from GE (ii) The rate for reaming beyond 120 mtr depth will be considered as per quoted rate SL No 2.00 here in before.

M&L for electrologging testing of trial bore by authorised govt scientist/agency including submission of test repors duly signed complete all as specified and directed.

Water analysis test regarding Physical, Chemical and microbiological examination and potability test report from CGWB / SB or any other authorised Govt approved agency for the following parameter :- (a) Colour (Hazen), Odour, Taste, Turbidity (NTU), PH value. (b) Total Hardness as CaCo3 (Mg/L), Iron (Mg/L), Chloride as Cl (Mg/L), Flouride as F (Mg/L) Coliforms (MPN/100ml), Sulphate as SO3 (Mg/L). (c) Total alkalinity (Mg/L), Calcium as Ca (Mg/L)), Magnesium as Mg (Mg/L), Nitrate as NO3 (Mg/L), Total dissolved solids (Mg/L). (d) Cadmium as Cd (Mg/L) Copper as Cu (Mg/L) , Zinc as Zn (Mg/L), Chromium as Cr (Mg/L) , Lead as Pb (Mg/L), Maganese as Mn (Mg/L). (e) Mercury as Hg (Mg/L) , Aluminium as Al (Mg/L), Arsenic as As (Mg/L). (f) Any other mandatory tests as per world Health Organisation. (g) Total suspended solids, (h) Total dissolved solids (j) Microbiological tests.

Supply, lowering and fixing in position 250mm bore E.R.W M.S pipe 7mm wall thickness including socketing and jointing by arc welding with MS flat iron 75x6mm coupling around the pipe of suitable length complete conforming to IS-3589 of 2001.

Supply, lowering and fixing in position 200mm bore E.R.W M.S pipe 7mm wall thickness including socketing and jointing by arc welding with MS flat iron 75x6mm coupling around the pipe of suitable length complete conforming to IS-3589 of 2001.

Supply, lowering and fixing in position 200 mm bore ERW MS heavy duty strainer pipe 7 mm thickness with 1 mm continuous slot to offer not less than 56% open area and welding joints with MS coupler ring around the pipes with MS flat iron 75 mm X 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply lowering and fixing in position MS reducing socket 250 mm X 200 MM nominal bore, 8 mm thick and properly welded to pipe with MS flat iron 75 mm X 6 mm coupler ring including MS iron clamps all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing well cap made out of 5mm thick MS plate suitable for fixing to 350mm nominal bore ERW heavy duty MS casing pipe of 7mm wall thickness with provision of suitable holes for passing two runs of flat three core, PVC insulated industrial cable 10.00 sqmm for submersible motor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Bail Plug having 3.00 metre length and suitable for 250 mm bore, 7.00 mm thick casing pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 80mm bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade in twin arrangement as in gravel filling arrangement to borewell, fixed 2.00 mtr below ground level and 1.00 mtr above ground level including PCC foundation block of size 1.00X1.00X1.20 meter in PCC (1:2:4) type B2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply pouring and packing pea-gravel of size 3 mm to 8 mm and packed all around the entire bore well to fill in the annular space between pipe assembly and bore hole, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for development of tube well with compressed air up to 500CFM to remove muddy water complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for development of tube well by overpumping 25% extra capacity submersible pump till clear water obtain from borewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Yield test for the borewell to determine safe pumping yield by authorised govt scientist/agency including submission of test reports duly signed upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and lowering 100mm bore MS column ERW pipe (seamless) both end flanged, 3.00 metre long, fitted with flanges at both ends made out of heavy grade pipes of not less than 6mm wall thickness ISI marked (IS: 3589 (1981) complete with bolts , nuts, gaskets etc as required including making slot for passing of submersible cable at required depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying GI Pipe 100mm dia medium grade including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix chain pully block of capacity 3 ton and lifting height 6 mtr with extra length of 5mtr of chain complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Water pressure gauge 96mm dia dial type having range 0 to 10 Kg/Sqcm suitable fixed on delivery mains.

Supply, install testing and commissioning submersible pump, electric driven 415V, Three phase 15 HP suitable for 100mm dia column pipe including tail piece and flange (Casing pipe size 350mm) having discharge capacity 16 LPS at 65.00 metre head alongwith suitable capacity of 15 HP electric motor all as specified and directed. S&F for fully automatic star delta starter,15 HP capacity , 3 phase 440 volt in sheetmetal enclosure complete with over load protection with adjustable relay, electronic timer relay and including provision of MS flat strips of suitable size and shape duly drilled for fixed to wall including its connection complete all as specified.

Supply and connecting flat three core, PVC insulated industrial cable for submersible motor, 10 sqmm (Nominal area) with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade connected from starter to submersible pump motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve conforming to IS (ISI marked : IS-14846-2000) long body type, class PN 1.6 of size 100mm bore, both ends flanged with brass spindle with holes including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc, with cast iron operating wheel, fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix cast iron non return valve double flanged /NRV conforming to IS : Class PN 1.6 of size 100mm bore, both ends flanged with holes including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc, fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internal dimension), foundation with 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2, brick work shall be full brick thick wall in CM (1:4), 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally, external upto 15 cm from GL complete with MS angle iron frame work angle size 40x40x6mm fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 230mmx200mmx100mm, 3mm thick MS sheet top cover openable through hinges 02 Nos, handle and locking arrangement, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint over acoat of primer inside complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor or size 3.5 core 50 sqmm all as directed and specified.

M&L for ordinary sand cushioning 8cm thick below the cable & 15cm above the cable and punned down to 10cm from top of cable complete all as specified. Total spread thickness shall be 23 cm and measured 18 cm compacted thickness for payment).

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub calss "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan, laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid dry over electric cablefor protection all as specified.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5M in depth for cable pipe and foundations etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading leveling waterring and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation / platform complete all as specifed and directed.

Materials and labour for rolled mild steel in joist channel angle or tee sections, Clamp for holding of column pipe, flat iron fixed independently, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths ie with in 20mm of the length indicated), Gde E 250 (fe 410 W quality A), embedded in RCC column including hanging arrangement for hanging chain pully ,applying two coats of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed surfaces and two coats of red oxide zinc chrome primer on surfaces embeded in concrete comptele all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected with and including GI earth strip 32 x 6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 including excavation and earth work ,connecting to earth dolly and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.

Materials and labour for reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate nominal Mix, using in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and cover, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for coliums, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers, binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers of mixed with integral water profing compound as per manufacturers instructions over 5mm on surfaces other that fair face of concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down down/dismantling old/rusted/deteriorated panel boards and making good disturbed surfecs complete.

Taking down old/unsv LT cables of any size/rating.

Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE Cable) insulated, two or more core galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 Mark, with aluminium conductor mutli stranded, heavy duty 1100 Volts grade og following sizes, complete all as specified laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed naked with walls/ on poles/ in ducts / in GI pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles / block, Clamps, nuts, Bolts, washres and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

(a) 50 Sq mm cross sectional area, 3½ core.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipe and cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing /trimming sides and levelling/grading & ramming bottom of excavation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/oose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the strating point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in tenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed.

Boring/Drilling (Horizontally) manually/mechanically under existing road (Maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing (in repairs) Galvanised mild steel tubing, light grade of following bore complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain , paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washerws complete all as specified of the following bore (Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measrued and paid separately)

(a) 50 mm bore

Disconnecting all electrical connections of incoming/outgoing cables, dismantling/taking out old/deteriorated feeder pillar box and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested LT panel board of suitable size, cubical type, outdoor type, front and back both side openable with suitable locking arrangement, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 amps installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet and mounted on 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron base frame, powder coated finish with apron for cable entry having suitable locking arrangement prewired with internal wiring of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked,1100 volts grade of appropriate size and comprising of the following:-

(i) MCCB 200A, 4 pole, AC, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 36 KA thermal adjustable between 70-100% -01 No

(ii) MCCB 160A, 4 pole, AC, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 25 KA thermal adjustable between 70-100% -02 Nos

(v) Automatic star delta starter complete with contacts suitable for submersible pump of rating 15 HP-01 Nos.

(vi) Indicating lamp for R-Y-B phase neon type- 01 set of three.

(vii) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road/ground level all as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in to ground (earth pit) not less than 2.25 meters deep below GL with top edge of earth plate to less than 1.50 m below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thikcness of 15 cm connected to GI earth strip of 25x4 mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers to earth plated at one end and other end to contineous GI strip of OH lines/lighting arrestor or street light poles or panel boards etc,checknuts of GI and protction by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore for earth lead wire from earth plate to 1500 mm above GL with FI clamps made out of 25x3mm fitted with nuts, bolts and washers and 2.5 m long watering pipe light grade of 20 mm nominal bore , 0.63 mm thick CI funnel, wiremesh, etc. complete including necessary earth work and excavation in soft/loose soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 65 mm thick duly reinforced with 6 mm dia. MS round bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways, earth phophrous bronze testing point , maing good etc. all as specified and shown in electrical plate of SSR- Part-I.
