Supplying ,Fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding Window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete wit frame ,shutters and all fittings and fixtures.

Distempering One coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work or new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing fully vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of appoved quality including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing GCI Sheets of 0.40mm thick in roof including fixing of ridges,wind ties etc. complete in all respect including cost of all materials,labour,T&P required for the work and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation in hard soil within 50 m initial lead & 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

P.C.C. M-15 grade using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts including frame works etc. including hoisting loweing and laying concree ramming in layers not exceeding 0.15m thick watering curing including cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry of size in cement mortar (1:6) using fly ash Bricks having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays, cutting , circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance , royality taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M-30 using 20mm size and downgraded size hard broken granite stone chips ffor R.C.C woprks of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials , labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providig strong rigid levelled centering & shuttering to required shape and size all kinds of RCC works mentioned in different items with steel centering and shuttering materils with all necessary bracing ties and supports with level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets electrical coduit pipe,PH pipes,Fan hooks or boxes,switch and board insert plates,clamps and extension bars etc.as pr the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and dismantilng and removing after required interval from the date of casting,including cost of all materils with transportataion,taxes,loading and unloading etc and all labour,sundries,T&P scaffolding etc complete as per approved specification.
