M&L Providing cement concrete , type D-2 , 1:4:8 ( 40mm. Graded aggregate) in foundations , fillings and mass concrete complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing & laying of cement concrete B2-type 1:2:4 (40mm graded agg.) in foundations, filling, floor, drain and mass concrete etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in foundations , including rafts, footings, foundation beams ; plinth beams; bases for columns , etc. ; basement slabs , under reamed piles and mass concrete.

M & L for formwork rough cast finished surfaces of concrete flat for soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs , landings , slab beams , chajjas or similar works horijontal or sloping for repair of damaged RCC portion All as directed by EIC.

M&L mild steel TMT bar of 10 mm. dia. and over, cut to length , bent to shape req. , including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm. dia. or securing with clips quality confirming to complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for brickwork with subclass "B"bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Rendering 15 mm. thick cement plaster , 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

S&F vitreous china squatting pan 'orissa' pattern, 580*440 mm. white,with integral foot rests( excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) along with 'p' or 's' trap connecting to high or low level cistern including removal of old seat to a distance of 500 mtrs. all as directed by EIC.Make :- Cera/Hindustan/Johnson/ Hindware /Parryware or equivalent make.

S & F vitreous China Urinal, bowltype, white, (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe), fixing in new work or refixing in old work including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe (exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Make Hindustan,Parryware, Hindware, Cera, Johnso or equivalent make.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm * 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. Tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash basin size 580mmx450mm including piller taps waste chain plug porcelain stopper including brackets medium size, or erecting stand but exciusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe including all accessories required etc. in repair etc complete. Make Parryware, Hindware, Cera, Johnson or equivalent make. etc.

M&L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (Make: Nerolac/Berger/Asian) or equivelent make and two coats of weather coat paints etc all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer in charge.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earthwork) to a distance of 500 m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination
