Material & Labour for comprehensive maintenance and general servicing of DG Set of capacity 5KVA & up to 100 KVA at 250 running hours , dismantling and replacement of worn out/Defective spare parts, tightening of nut bolts, checking of control wiring connections, cleaning of platform,removal of sludge from platform & also from inside of canopy of DG set including minor material like ; grease, thread, minor gaskets required for servicing etc and re-assembling of DG set, Installation on the same place, making connection , testing on full load complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Note : - (a) If any part will be replaced it will be measured and paid as supply only in respective items given here in after. Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 150 Sqmm 3.5 core (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminium conductor laid in trench/duct for DG set to AMF panel complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in repairs for earthing complete with Copper electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dully all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in Any type of Soil, PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 25 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: -(i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

Material & labour for repair and maintenance of AMF panel including painting of panel dual coat of enamel paint, insulation of bus bars, welding of AMF panel to its angle iron frame, replacement of hinges, locking arrangement and all other small works complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for daily inspection and checking the serviceability of DG set including checking of engine oil, fuel, coolent, battery terminal on priority basis complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of tension pulley of 82.5 KVA Mahindra DG Set make as existing on site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
