Improvement and Augmentation of LWSS Dehra Town Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Ozonation System

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a high-performance, fully automated Ozonation System for the 2.4 MLD Drinking Water Treatment Plant at LWSS Dehra Town. The system shall be integrated at the Post-Main Balancing Reservoir (MBR) outlet to serve as a high-efficiency tertiary treatment stage. The system shall be equipped with an oxygen concentrator, ozone generator, ozone injection system, recirculation and nanobubble pump, post-ozone GAC/BAC adsorption system, catalytic ozone destructor unit, online residual ozone analyser, and piping system, strictly as per Data Sheet No.-1 and the flow diagram in the data sheet, detailing the components required for the installation of the ozonation system. The System shall strictly adhere to CPHEEO 2024 guidelines, with design, material grades (SS 316L), and performance benchmarks referencing AWWA B604 (Ozone Systems), USEPA Disinfection Manuals, and ISO 20480 (Fine Bubble Technology) to meet international engineering standards, complete as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads & lifts . A two months trial run period/testing period shall also be provided (which includes training of departmental personals). During the trial run period/testing period, the skilled operator of ozonization system/equipment will be provided by the contractor and all the costs such as servicing of ozonization system/equipment, lubricants and any damage during this period, if occurs, will be borne by the contractor.

Maintenance for 3 years: Comprehensive maintenance contract for 3 Years (only after successful completion of trial run period of 2 months).  15% amount will be withheld for want of Comprehensive maintenance contract for 3 Years which will be released @ 5% for each successful completed year. Comprehensive maintenance contract (for 3 year) covers all aspects of maintaining a piece of system/equipment i/c preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, repair, part replacement, labour costs and emergency repairs, essentially ensuring the equipment operates optimally throughout the contract period, with the service provider responsible for most costs associated with keep it in working order, this includes spare part needed for repairs. In case any failure/breakdown, the system will be made functional within 96 hours by the contractor. Also the firm has to submit the physical, chemical and bactereological water sample reports, before and after the treatment of the water by this system, duly tested by the NABL accredited lab, periodically as per the schedule provided by the department.

OZONATION ROOM :- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of ozonation room including all allied Civil Works, Electrical works, internal lighting, Sanitay work, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure), Toilets, Septic Tanks, External Solar powered Street lighting, External landscaping, Fire Fighting arrangement, , dewatering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(Refer Data Sheet No-2 for detailed specification)

Supply of following Capacity Wall mounted Split Air conditioners, 5 star rating inverter type fitted with hermitically sealed compressor opearting on 220 ±10%, 50Hz single phase AC supply with evaporator and condesing unit made of copper tubes with aluminium fins , cordless remote control, copper piping for both suction and discharge of three(03) meters length with protection covering for piping, of suitable size of medium PVC pipe, power and control cabling as per site requirement,MS outdoor stand duly Painted, comprising of following etc complete as per following requirement. a) Insulated copper pipe lines liquid and suction lines as per manufacturer recommendation.,b) Flexible copper cable between indoor & outdoor Unit of suitable size as per Manyfacturer recommendation. ,c) Drain Pipe, d) Suitable size of PVC pipe for protective covering of refrigerant line.e) ITC of 1.5 TR Capacity Wall mounted Split Air conditioners including all necessary accessories, fixing of indoor Unit,fixingof Outdoor Unit on Dully painted suitable size MS Stand including grouting/mounting of stand, including first charging, of refrigerant etc complete for above item as per site requirement., f)SITC of wall Mounting type 4KVA capacity single phase, Automatic line Voltage stabilizers with copper wound coil having range of 200V to 275V single phase, 50Hz AC with steady single phase Out put voltage with built in time delay,cuttoff and low voltage cut-off ,i/p O/p/trip indications, metal clad top etc, with connecting 3 core cable of 1 meter length complete etc.,g)Supply and fixing of additional set of copper pipe line (i/c insulation)(beyond 3 meters/AC) and PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor(for control & Power cabling) for 1.5 TR split Ac's from Indoor to units to Outdoor Unit in suitable size PVC Pipe for protection of piping, on the wall surface/ Cable tray etc using suitable clamps etc compelet as per site requirement as per site requirement.,(Refer Data Sheet-3 For detailed Specifications)
