Boring for under reamed piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:- 1.The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately. 2. For piling work suitable drilling rigs ie, Rotary drilling rigs, Truck/Tractor mounted are to be deployed due to tech considerations to limit any damage to exisiting structures and to property in close vicinity and also to centre the pile close to the boundary of defence land. Thus the drilling rigs will be approved by GE before deployment of same for executing the work. 3. The rates include for any diamension of under - reaming up to 2 1/2 times the diameter of the bore holes.

CRS/HCRM/CRM TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending spirally for hooping for piles, columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete including stirrups more than 10 mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Chrge.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Carrying out initial load tests on test piles of dia 500mm as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 including compressive strength including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. as specified and directed by GE and submission of reports for 2.50 times the design load specified in drawings in non-working areas in the vicinity complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out routine load test (working pile) as per standard procedure given in IS - 2911 (Part IV) -1985 for 500 mm dia.

Conducting Standard Penetration Test all as per IS.2131 at levels and locations as directed for under reamed bored piles.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas in trenches n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading watering in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.5KM but n.exc 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above the GL complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of foundation, plinth beams, pile caps etc for fair finished surfaces of concrete using steel formwork complete all as specified and directed.

ADDN/ALTN AND SPECIAL REPAIRS TO B/R WORKS:- Material and labour for preparing old steel surfaces and applying two coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint over a coat of appropriate primer all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of VX-polymer based anticorrossive base coat GIO protect marine or equivalent all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing manually operated multi leaf hanger door shutters and Design, supply ,erection and commissioning of structurally independant electromechanically power operated sliding multi leaf door for hangar of size 48x10m in 12 equal leaf complete This door fabricated by using MS channels, angles, I section, tubular section etc with total coated thickness of 0.50mm Galvalume sheet [Coated thickness is as per coating class AZM210/AZ70, 28.60 micron on each side]cladding all as per approved specification, designs, drawing direction of the Garrison Engineer. Make for galvalume sheet :- Lloyd/Tata Blue Scope/JSW

Specification of the gate are follows:-Total opening to be divided into twelve equal panels in longitudinally. Of twelve panels,set of six panels to be opening on either side of the bay. Each panel supported at top & bottom on 300mm dia 75 mm ball bearing wheels 04Nos (02 at top and 02 at bottom) welded or bolted to the door frame. Sliding door shall be fabricated with heavy duty mild steel sections of desired RHS as main member, RHS in middle member and braced with SHS outside precoated galvanized iron profile sheet 0.5 mm thickness cladding, Bottom track using CR 50R rail welded to ISMB 200 x 75x 5 mm which is properly grouted into the floor. Top&bottom Bottom rail shall run along the opening and extend upto parking bay of the gate. Top guide track of ISMB 200 welded to the structure which guides the panels along the opening at top door support structure (at which top door guide ie beam 150 shall be fixed) till parking bay & ends coloumns to support top door support structure.

12 sets of three phase electric motor of minimum capacity 5 HP for efficient driving of the door with a speed of 6 to8 meters minute. EPU FLOORING:-Material and labour for Surface preparation by cleaning the surface and removing any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, grease, corrosion deposits or algae, oil and grease deposits by mechanical means [Floor to be cleaned by using all mechanised equipment such as scrubbers sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners and moisture test machine etc] and priming the existing concrete surfaces with epoxy primer using NITOPRIME-25 (FOSROC LTD ) OR CIPOXY-15 (CIPT LTD) on clean and dry surfaces, applied in a thin continuous film using roller all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Covering surface undulations upto 5mm to 25mm (averaging 15mm) using EXPOCRETE EC (FOSROC LTD) a resin rich mortar all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer in charge. There after application of primer as per Item No.21 catered herein before.

Material and labour for Remaining the concrete un sound layer mechcanically with the new cut perimeter to the depth of oil penetration and applying the bonding material with NITOPRIME - 5 (FOSROC LTD) OR CIPOXY - 15 (CIPY LTD) and filling with NITOFLOR LEVELCRETE (FOSROC) and to make good surfaces for receiving EPU flooring system complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Patches surface area not exceeding 3 Sqm, depth of patches n exc 300mm.

Material and labour for providing 5mm self levelling EPU system consisting of 3mm thick NITOFLOR EU5 (FOSROC LTD) OR 21N PURPM + 31M OR CIPOTHANESI (CIPY LTD) AND 2mm thick top coat any NITOFLOR EPU 2000 (FOSROC LTD) OR 21 N PURPM + 31 M OR CIPOTHANESI (CIPY LTD)or BASF using a V notch trowel and rolled by spike roller all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge and as per manufacturers instructions.

Material and labour for cutting and raking out the existing construction & dummy joints of 10mm width and 30 mm depth with a mechanical hand cutting machine and cleaning the joints with vacuum suction etc complete and filling the construction & dummy joints with EXPOCRETE RESIN rich epoxy mortar with priming the joints with NITOPRIME 25 SIKFLOOR 161/CIPOXY 11 an epoxy primer, finishing the applied mortar with steel trowel to the existing floor level etc complete and grinding the prepared joints surfaces using hand grinding machine to achieve the level, then priming the surface of the epoxy topping all along the joints with NITOPRIME 25 (100 mm width) and fixing the glass fibre cloth 50 mm wide on to the primed surfaces while primer is in tacky condition and provide additional coat of NITOPRIME 25 / SIKFLOOR 161/CIPOXY 11 and rolling it with hand roller to remove entrapped air as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Cutting and raking the expansion joint 25 mm wide and 30 mm deep with a mechanical hand cutter machine and cleaning the joints by vacuum suction and removing any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion depsoits or algae by mechanical means and priming & sealing the slot surfaces with PRIMER 20 using clean dry brush. Applying of COLPOR 200/POLY SEAL 21/MASTER SEAL 474 (between 30 minutes and 2 hours after priming) and mixing and laying PU sealant at the designated joints and sealed using COLPOR 200PF over the backer rod (packed tightly) of dia 32 mm on the filler board 25 mm thick (with HYDROCEL XL) in the Expansion joint pavement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Cutting, raking out the existing cracked floor to 10mm wide and 30 mm deep on old concrete pavement surfaces by mechanical / hand cutter & cleaning the surfaces and removing any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrision deposits or algae & sealing the slot with NITOPRIME 25 9FOSROC LTD)/SIKAFLOR 161 (SIKA LTD)/CIPOXY 11 (CIPY LTD) an epoxy primer, filling the cracks with EXPOCRETE EC/SIKADUR 41 SG/MASTER EMACO 348 resin rich epoxy mortar with steel trowel to the existing floor level etc complete as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for providing epoxy coating using NITOFLOR FC 145 as in lines, dashes, arrows etc on hangars and the like n exc 10 cm. Note : 1. The contractor will get the work done through Authorised applicatior of the manufactures of the product. 2. The product used will be of one company as mentioned in Item No 21 to 28. 3. In case of any discrepancy in the product range mentioned of a particular company, the matter will be referred to AO and based on the confirmation of the main manufacturer by the change may be accepted by AO of the product mentioned by the manufacturer. 4. The Tenderer is sensitised to go through the product range mentioned in the tender and check with the manufacturer on availability of product as mentioned and give tender comments.

MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

AMF CONTROL PANEL SPECS : (i) Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Control Panel, factory made shall be able to start up the DG set and transfer the load on to the DG set on mains failure without requiring any human intervention. Similarly on restoration of mains supply, it shall be able to transfer the load to mains supply and switch off the DG set automatically. (ii) The AMF panel shall be an enclosure with IP-53 degree of protection confirming to IS/IEC 0947 (Pt-1)/2007, fabricated from minimum 14 SWG thick CRCA sheet duly pre-treated and aesthetically finished. The control cables and relays of various panels are included in the scope of this items.(ii) Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer's instructions and rate quoted is deemed to be included in the cost of DG set(iii) Necessary grouting including mild steel work and anti vibration pad shall be provided by the contractor(iv) First filling of lubricants / engine oil/ Deisel for 10% over loading for one hour in twelve hours duration by artificial electric load test run deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item.(v) Necessary PCC foundation alongwith one meter plinth protection including connected earth work for installation of DG Set shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the same.(vi) Necessary 10% over load test shall be carried out in the presence of Rep of accepting officer/IEM(vii) 2 Nos of chequered rubber Mat (Red colour) heavy duty size of 1 mtr x 2 Mtr x 19 mm with ISI marked complete deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item.(viii) The contractor shall be carry out all electrical incoming/outgoing connection of cables including cable glands, thimbles, nut, bolt, washers, etc, cable will be measured and paid under respective items of schedule.(ix) Contractor shall submit the complete drawing of DG set with AMF panel which showing the complete drawing, capacities of all controlss, contacts, relays, etc including its make submitted to GE for approval.
