The completion certificate should have been issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of Government, Semi Government or Autonomous bodies of State or Central Government or equivalent). Note-1. Hospital Buildings (20 points each)-40 points, 2. Other buildings (10 points each) - 20 points

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology

Master plan, Overall Building Design Approach, Study of surrounding developments, Building Design and elevation, Environment study of storm water and sewage disposal as per NBC & IPHS Norms.

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff (CV of 1 Team Leader, (1 Team Leader, 1 Deputy Team Leader(Architect), 1 Structural Engineer, 1 Quantity Surveyor, 1 Mechanical Engineer, 1 Electrical & 1 PHE Engineer) will be considered) for detailed marks allocation refer-Annexure - C- a)Qualification-12 points, b)Experience to related project-27,c)Experience in region and language-6-Total 45.
