Site Clearance of area including shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed, trees and saplings n. exc. 30 cm girth complete all as specified and directed. Note : This item is to be executed 0.75m either side of width of excavation as considered in trenches/post holes items.

Excavating in trenches, nexc 1.5m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, manholes, wells, drain etc. getting out in soft/loose of soil including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n. exc. 30 cm girth (measured one meter above ground level) and removing rubbish/ vegetation spoil upto a distance of 50 meters complete all as specified and directed. Note : i) Earth obtained from this item shall be used for returning, filling and forming embankment as mentioned in item No 30 & 31 respectively and balance quantity shall be disposed to a lead upto 50m as measured under respective item of BOQ ii) Necessary dewatering of water, if requried shall be included in the unit rate of this item.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 graded stone aggregate) as in post holes including compaction by vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( 40 mm aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work as in fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc, and similar work confirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Chain link of mesh size preferably 100 mm mesh 10 gauge thickness will be provided, however the size may be changed after written approval of GE. (ii) The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO ordered by CWE (iii) Fixing of this item will be measured under item no 8

Supply only MS galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing 100mm mesh size with 2.5mm thick wire insulated under 1mm PVC coating, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing of this item will be measured under item no 8

Fixing only Chain link mesh including line wires of MS round bars and Flat iron, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Chain link of mesh size as mentioned above to be fixed, howeverthe size may be changed after written approval of GE. (ii) Cost of material ie chain link mesh, 10mm dia round bar, flat iron 25x4mm will be paid under respective items of this BOQ as supply only.

S & F 5-10 mm diameter of shank mild steel screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends.each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only flat iron as in line wire in chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, welding complete all as specified and directed. Note : i) Cost of fixing of flat iron is included under item no 8.00 of this BOQ. ii) Size of Flat iron is 25 x 4mm approx, however this may change as directed by GE

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured seperately

Material & Labour for hot dipped galvanised, anti rust , punched tape concertina coil of 610 mm dia (dia of coil when unstreched) and 2.5 mm dia of core wire, it shall not be less than 50 Nos. of spiral in each 6 RM length of coil, average weight not less than 9.5 kg/ per coil (6mtrs coil length) fencing stretches, including U & C clips, having stranding specifications , incl coating of px2 compound and fixed on angle iron brackets of compound wall/ fencing and including all scaffolding, if required complete all as specified and directed. Note: The laid length coil as per running length of wall shall be considered for the measurement and payment purpose and not the circumference lenth of Concertina coil

M & L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel primed surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius bulit in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in coping etc. including weathering, slighty rounded or chamfered angle including necessary form work with fair finished complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of cement based paint over one coat of cement base primer in including preparation of new surface plastered or unplastered of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L design mix RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregates) work as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Form work to side of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Form work to sides of column with fair finished surface of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel bars (TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel bars (TMT) 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binder including cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel sections Fe-290(Gde-E-165) for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates , rails, braces with ornamental and intricate design complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fiftting (including of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails, guides, rolling arrangement and locking arrangement) and hanging ; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Earth obtained from item no 2 shall be used for the embakment (ii) The scope of forming embankments shall consist of loading/ unloading of excavated earth obtained from item no. 2.00 and transporting the same to the locations of embankment site within AF station Deesa area (MOD land) as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of loading/ unloading and/ or cost of transportation of earth by any means or by any route or by any methodology and no separate lead shall be payable.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a lead nexc 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note : Surplus earth after using for RFR and embakment shall be removed vide this item

M & L for cement concrete M-15 nominal mix (PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of steel and iron work, new or old, treating ends of posts, backs of chowkhats etc., area tarred exc 0.1 sqm but n exc 0.5 sqm each and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) square tube as in post, struts size 100 x 100 x 6mm thick minimum density 1.8 gm/cc, minimum tensile strength 360 Mpa in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) flat size 50 x 6mm thick minimum density 1.8 gm/cc, minimum tensile strength 360 Mpa as in fencing for securing wire mesh including necessary drilling holes, bolting etc complete all as specified and directed.

E/M Works

S & F Junction Box of size 300 x 300 x 150 mm made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 42 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking arrangements and duly powder coated including provision of MCB SP 06 amps- 01 Nos, semi concealed in the gate pillar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm dia of white/ ivory colour heavy duty ISI marked concealed in gate pillar etc. exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised iron pipe of size 50 mm dia medium grade, of length not less than 0.50 mtr each, embeded at the top of each gate pillar including required length of grouting & PCC for mounting the post top lantern fitting complete all as specified and directed.
