Earthwork excavation for foundations and earth pits etc., by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of excavated earth in the area with a lead upto 3.0 Km and spreading of the dumped earth as directed by Engineer, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches and basement with excavated suitable material and compacting with vibratory roller as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer in Charge including all labour charges, with all leads and lifts and incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Laying PCC (1:4:8) using 40mm HBG metal for leveling course in foundations etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials including cost of O.P cement at site, all labour charges, with all leads and lifts, machine mixing, placing, ramming, curing, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing HYSD bars ( Fe-500 ) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost& conveyance of steel to site, all labour charges for fabrication, cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., as per departmental specification, complete including cost and conveyance of reinforcement steel, binding wire and all handling and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required, etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering in CM (1:4), 12 mm thick for even surfaces of kerb walls and concrete surfaces at all elevations and in restricted locations including cost and conveyance of all materials at site including cost of O.P cement, all labour charges, with all leads & lifts, scaffolding, mixing, curing and incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting to new external walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a primer coat with cement primer Gr-II for RCC columns, Beams, Slabs etc., after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at site.

Supply & fixing of 110 mm dia medium class PVC/SWR pipes for Rain water down take drain pipes including bends like L,T,Y's etc., clamps, all fiitings etc., in all heights including Cost & conveyance of all materials such as long nails, horse shoe steel straps, GI Clamps, cost of welding rods, power charges, fixing in position etc., and labour charges, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the EIC.

Providing Soling with 150 mm hard stone granite including spredaing of 40 mm size HBG metal @ 25% for packing and Gravel @ 20% for filling interstices and compacting with 80 - 100 kN Power Roller, watering etc., as per Dept specification including cost & conveyance of all materials, hire & operational charges for machiery, all labour charges, with all leads & lifts and incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Brick Masonry in CM(1:5) for Kerb wall using well cured first class FLY ASH BRICKS of size 225 mmx 100 mm x75 mm including cost and conveyance of all materials including cost of O.P cement, scaffolding, mixing, curing, all labour charges with all leads and lifts, all operational and incidental charges, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
