Removing dry or oil bound distemper and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gram/lit., of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade of color (old work one or more coats).

Whitewashing with lime to give an even shade (old work one or more coats).

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture (old work one or more coats).

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (old work one or more coat applied @0.90 ltr./10 sqm.

Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out of old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg./sqm).

Providing and fixing controlled flush low level cistern made of vitreous china with all pfitting complete 10 Lit. (full flush) capacity-white.

Providing and fixing PVC waste pipe for sink or washbasin including PVC waste fitting complete (Flexible pipe: 32mm dia.).

Providing and fixing PTMT angle stop cock 15mm nominal bore, weighing not less than 85 gms.

Providing and fixing PTMT stop cock of approved quality and colour (15mm nominal bore, 86mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms).

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material including malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge (Orissa pattern of W.C Pan size of 580x440 mm).

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require (White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap).

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6mm thick hard board backing (Rectangular shape 453x357mm).

Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg/cum. (Note: The permissible utilization of Recycled concrete Aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate is 100% each.

Providing and fixing PTMT grating of approved quality and colour (Circular type: 100 mm nominal dia.).

Providing and fixing C.P. brass shower rose with 15 or 20mm inlet (100mm diameter).

Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI: 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support Including fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately.
