Excavation in Cutting in soil using Hydraulic excavator and tipper with disposal upto 1000 m in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth , 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan ) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. All kind of soil ( including bailing out of water )

Providing rubble stone behind retaining walls / solling under floor in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade execluding the cost of centering and shuttering -all work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Prov. Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies , height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.& removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in : Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions & the like I/c attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like :

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in walls complete in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level complete in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6 (1 Cement 3 sand 6 graded stone aggrigate 20 mm nominal size & curing complete execulding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete wirk in : - Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions & the like I/c attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing ,Laying tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding straightening and placing in position complete including the cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia PVC pipe arrengement in weep hole including PVC Mesh in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge

Providing and fixing of CC blocks of 1:1.5:3 of size 1.50x1.50x1.00 chained with interlink 32 mm G.I Chain 2m spaced and gap filled with pebbles within in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge

Providing and fixing link chain of 32 mm dia. Link chain grade 80 alloy steel size 32 mm x96 mm within in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge

Provision for design, drawing and vetting.
