Preventive maintenance of DG sets of following capacities installed at different location at INS Eksila complete all as directed. The daily maint shall be carried out as under :- (a) Check levels in oil through ,fuel tank cooler and replenish if necessary. (b) Re-grease all grease points. (c) Tighten the nuts bolts of pipeline of fuel oil ,lubricating oil,water and check leakages. (d) Check the water level in radiator and top up the coolant as required. (e) Clean oli filters. (f) Check viscosity of lub oil. (g) Check crank case for leakage. (h) Clean air filters. (j) Check the radiator fan belt. (k) Timely replace the engine oil/oil filter/diesel filter/air filter. (l) Check distilled water for battery and top up. (m) Check battery cover condition from cover and battery voltage. (n) Check the metering equipment. (o) Check the insulation resistance of alternator. (p) Maintain log sheet and check list on daily basis. Note : Minor consumable like Petrol, CRC, Brasso etc for cleaning shall be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Descaling of radiator by dismantling the upper & lower tank and cleaning the core pipes with cleaning chemicals (radi wash),components and arrest the leaking core by brazing/dummy with lead including cleaning of upper and lower tanks and replacing the upper and lower gaskets and required nuts,bolts,refixing the same including testing and painting complete all as specified and directed for the following the capacities:-

Taking down the existing Auto Viscous Filter 120 comp such as filter Screen 8576 mm x 1561 mm, gear box complete with coupling & motor for AVF -120, Spider with gear box coupling, top octagonal driving roller with blocks and bearing, bottom driven roller, Paul & Rachet complete with spring for upper octagonal driving shaft, Paul and Rachet complete with spring for lower sludge Agitator along with used oil of Auto Viscous Filter 120 and strip opening all spares parts, cleaning/servicing complete including refixing, re-assembling , testing & commissioning all as directed. M&L for replacing the old lubrication oil by the reciprocating compressor by pumping down the compressor system isolating or shut down by serviceables, oil equilizing valves,crank case equilizer valves,side inspection covers by the compressor,openimng the oil filter assembly,and connection oil line, cleaning filter element,crank case etc with CTC/Petrol and refixing the filter unit,boxing up the side inspection cover with new gasket and charging the compressor oil as required quantity as per the standard qty as per model of the compressor and leak testing the joints and opening the closed valves and testing & comissioning the compressor for the following capacity & Model of compressor all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- Compressor oil shall be meaasured and paid separately under relavent schedule item.

M&L for taking down the defective fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 3 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts,6 Pole,900 RPM,50 Hz, along with fan assembly, and dismantling the motor complete cleaning with CTC, including rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge copper wire, necessary paper, tape, terminal etc., insulation shall be of class ‘F’ and degree of protection shall be IP-55, the work includes renual of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, testing & commissioning the cooling tower motor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete servicing/ repairs to Package Air conditioning unit of Fuel equipment bay of Make : M/s Blue Star Model No.DPAI322R1-I of capcity 11 TR Consisting of two Nos 5.5 TR compressor units , with and including Servicing of two Nos outdoor units complete by blowing out the dust, spraying the organic based scale removing agent at the appropriate ratio to the condenser fan area, till removal of complete scales & dust, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, checking of all electrical connections, greasing of motor bearing, renewal of all defective copper tubes from indoor unit to out door unit, replacement of corroded sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion, reassembling the sheet metal parts, and testing the unit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Carrying out repairs and maintenance, attending to breakdown of 3x300 TR variable speed screw type liquid chiller Central AC plant of capacity 600 TR (2x300 TR Working & 1x300 TR Stand by) of Make: Carrier Model : 23XRV3132NRVAA9 as per the following scope of the work given below including carrying out general repairs including periodical servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users/ department complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scope of Work : (a) (i) Periodical monitoring / Inspecting the complete AC Plant and carrying out preventive / periodical maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of AC plant. The periodical inspection for preventive maintenance shall be carried out by the authorised technician / service engineer of OEM once in a quarter which shall be mesured as one Job. (ii) If any breakdown occurs for monitoring the operational condition of AC plant during the same quarter shall be attended whenever required which is included in the rate quoted for preventive maintenance job.

(iii) Each preventive maintenance including breakdown call during the respective quarter will be measured as one Job. The contractor shall ensure quarterly preventive maitenance including breakdowns if any during that quarter shall be attended only by the authorised technician / service engineer of OEM i.e. M/s Career. Contractor shall submit MOU with the OEM within 15 days of Accepance of tender and shall be got aprooved by GE. Inspection report of each quarter duly mentioning the date of inspection, signature of service engineer and Engineer-in-charge shall be submitted for claiming payment.

(b) Visual inspection for oil traces, Air heat exchanger (condenser) cleaning, check for removed protection devices, and badly closed doors/ covers, check that the temperature difference between the heat exchange inlet and outlet is correct, check the refrigeration system, motors and starters for performance and healthy condition of plant.

(c) Checking the system for leaks and rectification of leaks if any.

(d) Taking a set of readings and evaluating the same to ensure the satisfactory performance of the plant.

(e) Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings as and when required.

(f) General Cleaning the evaporator and condensing coils

(g) General Lubrication of the bearings of motors, pumps and fans as and when required.

(h) Inspection of belts, which includes adjusting the tension including replacment if required.

(l) Replacing of the refrigerant as a result of leak arising from the system due to standard wear and tear.

(m) Repairing/ replacing the components of the equipment at site or at workshop as required

(n) To check proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test.

(o) Intimating any breakdown requiring specific major repairs/overhauling to the contractor/ user/ JE/ Eng-in-charge for immediate rectification of defect.

(p) Attending the complaints/ break down whenever received by user /JE /Eng in charge and attending the complaint for same within 4Hr of receipt.

(t) The repair/replacement of all spare parts like ICVC Boards, compressor fan motor rewinding, electrical switch gears, contactors, PCB, refrigerant gas etc., are not in the scope which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Spectrochemical oil analysis and oil replacement shall be carried out by the contractor through the manufacturing company viz. M/s carrier at the beginning of the contract and once as directed by Engineer-in-charge during contract period. In case need arises to change the compressor as a whole due to any defect the manufacturer is to inform the department well in time to avoid breakdown.

(n) Any minor spares/ repairs items which are required to keep the plant in operational are deemed to be included in scope.

Note:- It is responsibility of contractor to engage required manpower as per requirement and take necessary measures to run the plant in event of breakdown to the satisfaction of user and as directed by Eng- in-charge .Considering the sensitive nature of installation the contractor shall always be in a position to make alternate standby arrangement in case of any major break down affecting the complete shut down of plant. The cost for same is deemed to be included in scope of item.The labour charges for fixing , commissioning, testing and of new spares including dismanlting old units is included in the quoted rate.

Carrying out repairs and maintenance, attending to breakdown of 3 X 180 TR Flooded type screw chiller Central AC plant of Make: Voltas as per the following scope of the work given below including carrying out general repairs/servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users/ department all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scope of Work : (a) (i) Periodical monitoring / Inspecting the complete AC Plant and carrying out preventive / periodical maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of AC plant. The periodical inspection for preventive maintenance shall be carried out by the authorised technician / service engineer of OEM once in a quarter which shall be mesured as one Job. (ii) If any breakdown occurs for monitoring the operational condition of AC plant during the same quarter shall be attended whenever required which is included in the rate quoted for preventive maintenance job.

(iii) Each preventive maintenance including breakdown call during the respective quarter will be measured as one Job. The contractor shall ensure quarterly preventive maitenance including breakdowns if any during that quarter shall be attended only by the authorised technician / service engineer of OEM i.e. M/s Voltas. Contractor shall submit MOU with the OEM within 15 days of Accepance of tender and shall be got aprooved by GE. Inspection report of each quarter duly mentioning the date of inspection, signature of service engineer and Engineer-in-charge shall be submitted for claiming payment.

(b) Visual inspection for oil traces, Air heat exchanger (condenser) cleaning, check for removed protection devices, and badly closed doors/ covers, check that the temperature difference between the heat exchange inlet and outlet is correct, check the refrigeration system, motors and starters for performance and healthy condition of plant.

(c) Checking the system for leaks and rectification of leaks if any.

(d) Taking a set of readings and evaluating the same to ensure the satisfactory performance of the plant.

(e) Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings as and when required.

(f) General Cleaning the evaporator and condensing coils

(g) General Lubrication of the bearings of motors, pumps and fans as and when required.

(h) Inspection of belts, which includes adjusting the tension including replacment if required.

(l) Replacing of the refrigerant as a result of leak arising from the system due to standard wear and tear.

(m) Repairing/ replacing the components of the equipment at site or at workshop as required

(n) To check proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test.

(o) Intimating any breakdown requiring specific major repairs/overhauling to the contractor/ user/ JE/ Eng-in-charge for immediate rectification of defect.

(p) Attending the complaints/ break down whenever received by user /JE /Eng in charge and attending the complaint for same within 4Hr of receipt.

(t) The repair/replacement of all spare parts like ICVC Boards, compresso/ fan motor rewinding, electrical switch gears, contactors, PCB, refrigerant gas etc., are not in the scope which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Spectrochemical oil analysis and oil replacement shall be carried out by the contractor through the manufacturing company viz. M/s Voltas at the beginning of the contract and once as directed by Engineer-in-charge during contract period. In case need arises to change the compressor as a whole due to any defect the manufacturer is to inform the department well in time to avoid breakdown.

(n) Any minor spares/ repairs items which are required to keep the plant in operational are deemed to be included in scope.

Note:- It is responsibility of contractor to engage required manpower as per requirement and take necessary measures to run the plant in event of breakdown to the satisfaction of user and as directed by Eng- in-charge .Considering the sensitive nature of installation the contractor shall always be in a position to make alternate standby arrangement in case of any major break down affecting the complete shut down of plant. The cost for same is deemed to be included in scope of item.The labour charges for fixing , commissioning, testing and of new spares including dismanlting old units is included in the quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling the defective induction motor of capacity 10 KW of any make 415 V of any duty or any class of insulation from the bed duly coupled with pump/ compressor/in AHU, transporting to work shop, removing burnt out winding from stator/ motor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing drive end and non drive end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating, reassembling, testing and commissioning for the following capacities all as directed Note: - Motors removed for rewinding shall be overhauled completely by replacing defective bearings and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply & installation of cross linked closed cell thermal insulation of 30 mm thickness over chilled water pipes of any size thermal conductivity of insulation would not exceecd 0.038 w/mk at 40 degree Celsius. Material is fire retardant & self-extinguishing and certified class 1 certified as per BS 476 part &. It is CFC free. On combustion it would not emit HCN NO+ NO2 and SO2 + H2S gases. Smoke generated would be lighter than air and white in colour so as to allow easy exit passages in case of fire. Thermal insulation would be protected by thermal insulation protective coating of aluminium sheet not less than 0.30 mm thick in short length all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking down the damaged fan assembly of FRP cooling tower and connected fitting from the position and supply & fix by new fan assembly 1300mm minimum with 04 blades fan hub assembly made out of DIE Cast alluminium,with necessary clamp supports,nut&bolts by SS metal,including testing comissioning the cooling tower

M&L for carry out the repair to cooling tower fan motor 7.5HP/5HP flange mounted extended shaft type ,including taking down from the position,transporting to local work shop,dismantling the motor,replacing damaged unserviceable shaft,bearings,rusted nuts&bolts including servicing motor by motor varnishing to winding,External painting for the motor,Provide a PVC cap for top portion of motor for rain protection etc.assembly back and installation to position & testing comissioning
