vii. Wheel arrangement : Three rubber wheels comprising two front wheels of approximately 250 mm diameter & one rear wheel of approximately 150 mm diameter. viii. Heating system : LPG burner operated heating arrangement complete with regulators, valves and necessary safety fittings for maintaining uniform thermoplastic temperature. ix. Screed box / applicator : Suitable screed box / applicator for smooth and uniform thermoplastic line marking of varying widths and thicknesses. x. Electrical system : 12 Volt interchangeable battery systems complete with safety traffic lamp and necessary electrical controls. xi. Accessories : The scope of supply shall include LPG hose pipes, burners, regulators, tool kit, operation & maintenance manuals, safety fittings and all other standard accessories complete in all respects. xii. Installation & commissioning : The supplier shall undertake delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, trial run and operational demonstration of the complete system at site.

xiii. Training : Necessary operational and maintenance training shall be provided to departmental personnel after commissioning. xiv. Warranty : The complete system shall be covered under minimum 12 (Twelve) months warranty against manufacturing defects and operational failure from the date of successful commissioning.
