Important Notes :- (i) Design / drawing / BOM of the Transformer showing the dimensions is to be obtained from OEM / Auth Supplier & is to be got approved from the GE & Engr-In-Charge before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Factory Inspection/Testing of the Transformer before dispatch by an E/M Officer nominated by the Accepting Officer. (iii) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) All Routine tests/Pre-commissioning Tests to be carried out at site & after installation of the Tr in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (v) OEM Test/Guarantee/Warrantee/EEL-3 certificates as per relevant IS shall be furnished by the Contr along with Purchase Vouchers in Original to the Engr-In-Charge. (vii) Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of periodical/routine servicing of the VCB incl calibration of Relays & repair/replacement of any items/spare parts etc. for efficient operation of the VCB at an interval of 6 Months from the date of Commissioning for the entire Defect Liability Period from OEM/Auth Service Dealer & submit report. (viii) The complete installation, commissioning & testing of the VCB is to be got done from the OEM or their auth Rep/Sister Concern/Channel Partners only & reports submitted to Engr-In-Charge/GE in duplicate. (iii) Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of clearing/removing/cutting of vegetation/tree branches/small to medium plantings/bushes etc. so as to facilitate successful completion of the work. No extra/addl payment shall be allowed to the Contr in this regard. (iv) The contractor/firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/ firm.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1200 mm (height) x 1000 mm (breadth) x 600 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified and as directed with & incl the following accessories : [ LTDB Panel ]

BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos high grade Aluminium 800 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc.

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables with the help of glands matching the existing LT cable sizes.
