Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by all means in foundation trenches or drains in all depths including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto all lift including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed iincluding curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8. including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 in cement mortar (1:6) (One cement : six sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of The Engineer-In-Charge complete.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing and cost of form work and hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.

Marble work gang saw cut (polished and machine cut) of thickness 18 mm for wall lining (veneer work), backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade: Local Slate of Himacal Pradesh including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be consideredexcluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).. including carriage of materials with in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete.
