SPECIAL REPAIR TO INTERNAL WIIRING OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT AF STATION TEZPUR UNDER GE AF TEZPUR

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light/fan/bell/ socket or power point) complete inclusive of all fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, fittings etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of floors/walls/ceiling etc complete all as directed. Note: Obtained serviceable fittings shall be fix under items No.22 to 30.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any type and size including fittings and fixtures, removing materials from site complete all as directed.

Disconnecting from electric circuit and taking out existing unserviceable SFUS, MCB DB SPN/ TPN or change over switches etc any number of ways including MCB etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of floors/ walls/ ceiling etc complete all as directed.

Materials and labour point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, single core, drawn through existing PVC/ steel concealled conduit not less than 20mm size complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ ceiling, including sunk cast type pressed steel terminal boxes 1.25mm thick with 2.2 mm plastic laminated sheet (Hylem) top cover for mounting switches/ regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded (green colour) copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light point/ one fan point/Call Bell Point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 4 here-in-before but wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper cable drawn through existing PVC/ steel concealled conduit for two way switches.

All as per serial item No. 4 here-in-before but for one 3 pin 5 amps switch socket out let on independent board.

All as per serial item No. 4 here-in-before but for one 3 pin 5 amps socket out let on same board with other switch

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in gournd (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized 4 mm dia earth wire as earthing lead upto 7.5 mtrs from testing point fixed by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer, of galvanized earth wire protected by 25mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to earthing test point including funnel with watering pipe of 20mm bore light grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (Compacted thickness) all around earth electrode with concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 50mm thick precast RCC M-20 nominal mix cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 10 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar including necessary execavation, earth work in soft / loose soil and deposited soil to a distance n.exc 50 M and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES shedule of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.
