Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD/304 Morth
Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3.00 Km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading, conveyance and stacking charges etc., complete.
Collection supply and filling of Stone Crusher Dust less than 3mm and fines not more than 10% including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges watering and compacting etc., complete as per SS.under Bed Concrete.

VRCC M-20 Design 1 mix (Cement: fineaggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shutteing for Drain Bed

VRCC M-30 Design 1 mix (Cement: fineaggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shutteing for Culvert.
Bailing out water from the trenches with oil engine driven pump sets, including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for Driver and Helper upto 5HP capacity pumps 1 HP/Hr.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material/ close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN/ Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification of MORTH for Grading - III material.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH for finished item of work.
Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared suriace of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet mix macadam & WBM) etc., complete as per S.S. and as per directions of the departmental authorities. (Low porosity)
Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH.
Providing and laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam with HOT Mix Plant producing an average output of 37.50 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granate crushed aggregates of Grade.Il premixed with bituminous binder of V.G. 30 grade @3.40% by weight of total mixer, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessay including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials etc., complete and as per MORTH Specification. Providing 25mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous concrete by hot mix plant using hard blasted granite crushed aggregate of grading-II premixed with bituminous binder V.G.30 grade @ 5.00 transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Mechnical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by per cent of mix and filler, Engineer-in-charge. Note: The percent of bitumen is proposed for rate analysis
