Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified

M&L Framed worked as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including eithere hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exe 15 cm thick( below or above ground level)

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregatge as in copings etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 70 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, inculding forms , moulds, Mi-tred/ stopped ends etc.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfacts complete all as specified.

M & L preparing surface of newly plastered walls and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of epoxy paint, over 10 cm in width or girth on floor, not otherwise describes all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
