Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing/PVC pipe and connections including removal to out side MD Land.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel tubing /PVC pipe and connections, including removal to out side MD Land.

Taking down 25 or 32 mm bore steel tubing/PVC pipe and connections, including removal to out side MD Land.

S&F 25 mm bore brass valves,high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brassferrule and fixed in repairs

Taking down all existing roof treatment incl wire brushing and washing down with water cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof incl flashing and juntion of parapet complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided and removal of debris out side MD Land.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L Average 25mm thk Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding with slope 1:40 all as directed

M&L Cement concrete 1:2;4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggergae) as in roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on eges complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

M & L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 litre/sqm and laying Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified membrance , reinforced with non woven ployester, of 3.50 Kg/sqm (minimum, 3mm thick (minimum), with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and 100mm end overlaps and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated sheeting, any gauge, thickness all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in CM including all quoins,aches pillars,etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brick work work with sub-class 'B' bricks in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan ec 6m mean radious built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick plastere in CM (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound on padding layer for roof treatment all as directed and as specified by Engr-in- Charage. (Note :- WPC shall be measureded and paid seperately supply only.)

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick inCM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cemen Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) integral WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only..

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of celing all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces of walls applying two coats of weather coat exterior paint (100% acrylic) over a coat of compitible priming paint over plaster including necessary surface preparation shade as per manufacture instruction complete all as directed and specified ( Make : Berger, Asian ,dulux)

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm dia CI grating fixed in repairs.

S&F 0.71mm thick Plain Aluminum sheeting, Alloy 3100 H4 in ridges,hips, valley ,gutter,drip,on expansion joint straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) as directed and specified.

S&F 20 mm dia stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down,high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe in repair.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall all as specified and directed
