Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.60Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( Wt not less than 150 gms /sqm ) laid on bituminous surfaces by forced application over entire roof area, sunken portion with side lap not less 100mm and end lap not less than 150mm complete all specified.

Supply & fixing of 4mm thick non asbestos cememt building board for insulation and accoustic purpose, fixed on existing frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 14 here-in-before but except cement building board inclding cover fillet. Note : (i) Serviceable cement building board & cover fillet obtained from Srl item No 11 shall be reused.
