REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF GI WATER PIPE LINE AT SRC MH MDC AND GOLF AREA AT RAMGARH CANTT UNDER GE RAMGARH

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4),type B-2( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for supporting of CI/DI/GI pipes 0.60 RM below ground level and upto 5 RM above the ground level smooth finishing without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trenches/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 15mm/20 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trenches/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 25mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trenches/wall/ceiling/floor suitable for 40/50mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (1) Cost of spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ schedule . (2) Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately. (3) cost of all T&P shall be included in quoted rates (4) Cost of lead joint, spun yarn, gland packing etc., shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of schedule.
