CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH/ WITHOUT ARMS (DRG NO FD-75(M)):- Removing the following broken/ damaged parts from chair tubular steel with/ without arms and replacing the same with new one complete all as specified and directed:-

New Seat frame of chair CB steel with arms made of well seasoned 1st class hardwood duly caning with half round PVC cane 2mm wide 0.4mm thick, border with 3mm wide 0.5mm thick in Godrej pattern duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint in glossy finish over a coat of pink primer and fixed to frame with 04 Nos machine nuts and bolts of appropriate size with washer complete.

All as per Srl item No. 10.01 here-in-before but back of Chair CB Steel with arms.

CHAIR REVOLVING FOR COMPUTER (DRG NO TP) Removing the following broken/ damaged parts from chair revolving computer and replacing the same with new one complete all as specified and directed:-

Seat made of 75mm thick foam with new cloth good quality not less than Rs. 350/- per metre including 12mm thick ply seat bottom complete. Colour and pattern of cloth as approved by GE.

Back 75mm thick foam with new cloth good quality not less than Rs. 350/- per metre including 12mm thick ply back complete. Colour and pattern of cloth as approved by GE.

Cover from seat stitched from new cloth of good quality not less than Rs. 250/- per Mtr of shade and type of fabric to be approved by the GE.

Hydraulic system heavy duty.

Base chromium plated with caster wheels.

CHAIR REVOLVING EXECUTIVE (DRG NO TP) Removing the following broken/ damaged parts from chair revolving executive and replacing the same with new one complete all as specified and directed:-

Seat 75mm thick foam with new rexine good quality not less than Rs 250/-per meter in dark colour as per sample.

Back 75mm thick foam with new rexine good quality not less than Rs 250/-per meter in dark colour as per sample.

Cover from seat and back stitched from new rexine not less than Rs. 250/- per Mtr of shade to be approved by the GE.

Removing old newar from chair verandah and re-weaving with new 25mm wide white colour virgin nylon newar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to frame of chair verandah with white synthetic enamel paint 1st quality including preparation of surface (after removing the newar) as specified and directed.

M&L for removing broken/ damaged portions of frame of chair verandah and providing 20mm dia conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm duly gas welded to frame complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR VISITOR/ CHAIR WRITING CUSHIONED WITH ARMS (DRG NO TP) Supply and fixing in replacement of following unserviceable parts of chair visitor/ chair cushioned with arms all as specified and directed:-

Seat 75mm thick foam with new fabric good cloth/ leatherette good quality not less than Rs. 500/- per metre in dark colour as per sample complete.

Back 75mm thick foam with new fabric good cloth/ leatherette good quality not less than Rs. 500/- per metre in dark colour as per sample complete.

S&F in replacement of writing board of size 2’ x 1’ made of prelaminated exterior grade MDF board grade-I conforming to IS: 14587 fixed with tightening screws and TW beading alround complete all as specified and directed.

CLASSROOM CHAIR SPECIAL FOR MODERN CLASS ROOM/ SCHOOL CHAIR WITH HAND BOARD (DRG NO TP)

M&L for preparation of painted surface of chair classroom special by completely removing the existing paint and painting the same with two coats of black enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement seat of chair classroom special with new seat 75mm thick foam with new good cloth not less than Rs. 200/- per metre as per sample in blue colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement back of chair class room special with new back 75mm thick foam with new cloth in blue colour all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-upholstering of chair classroom special (seat & back) with good quality cloth not less than Rs. 500/- per metre in blue colour all as specified and directed.

BED HARD STEEL MAP DRG (DRG NO FD/E6/MAP/08)

Materials and labour for complete removal of existing paint and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable ply of bed hard top and supply and fixing new ply of 12mm thick, BWR exterior grade, 7 ply complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY IP FOLDING WITH PLY TOP/ CHARPOY IP WITH PLY TOP (DRG NO FD-386 (R)/ (FD/MAP-II/01)

Materials and labour for complete removal of existing paint and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable ply and fixing new ply of 12mm thick, BWR exterior grade, 7 ply complete all as specified and directed.

BOOK SHELF/ BOOK CASE STEEL (DRG NO FD-1028)

M&L for replacement of unserviceable glass with 6mm thick plain sheet glass (Size as per drg) complete all as specified and directed.

GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR (DRG NO FD-220)

Material and labour for repairs to charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar involving the following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoys GI pipe. (b) Tightening of loose check nuts, elbows, long rails, short rails, legs etc. complete. (c) Supply & fixing stiffener made of 32mm x 5mm flat iron (03 No. stiffeners to each charpoy) duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and welded to frame complete (with proper welding process). (d) Supply & fixing 12mm thick plywood BWR exterior grade, 05 ply of size 1980mm x 900mm (Approx) commercial on both sides with 13 Nos. nuts and bolts of appropriate approved size in each charpoy complete. The edges of ply fixed on charpoy shall be made half round.

Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable plywood top from GI charpoy and fixing of new plywood commercial both side 12mm thick BWR exterior grade, 5 ply of size 1980mm x 900mm (Approx) commercial on both sides with 13 Nos. nuts and bolts of appropriate approved size in each charpoy including welding old stiffeners as required complete all as specified and directed. The edges of ply fixed on charpoy shall be made half round.
