SR to Arsala to Teliarasala Road

Clearing grass & Grubbing road land including up-rooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps trees cut earlier and disposal of un-serviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 Mtrs. including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150m in thickness etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing the existing black topped surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brush and small picks, sweeping with brush / broom and finally dusting with old gunny bags or compreshed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for applying Tack coat with rapid emulsion (RS) including cost, conveyance etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.00kg of bitumen for 10Sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built-up spray grouting (BUSG) in one layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10Sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including all labour cost, and conveyance of all materials and including hire and running charges of PRR and required machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & laying semidense Bituminous concrete with Hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a Mechanical paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRTH specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision)

Earth work in hard soil including ordinary compaction with cost of all labour, T&P etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 15 cm Dia 1.00 mtr long Guard posts of R.C.C.(1:2:4) using 7.5 kg of steel for each Guardpost with 12mm size black hard granite chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials, centering, shuttering and watering, carrying etc complete as per direcion of the Engineer-in-Charge.
